Was wondering what everyone thinks of doing a mid-challenge weigh in on Monday morning? Or do you want to just wait until the end of the challenge to weigh in? Let me know what you think! :D

Hey guys!!!
I'm just quickly checking is cause I'm at work, on the clock right now!!! I think a mid week challenge is actually a good idea...REALLY keep us on track!! Anyway, Once again I just COULDN'T get my lazy ass outta bed this morning to get to the gym...tomorrow's my last chance...I HAVE TO DO IT!!! However, I went for dinner with a friend during our lunch break, and I could only think of the McDonald's and nothing else, on our way, I saw a Subway, and we did a quick turn in there!!! I feel HEAPS better than if I had Mackers!!! I ate the whole foot long, but it's cause I had a slim fast shake early is morning, and then for lunch I had a couple bites of meat loaf, and then my 2 year old niece came up to me, and started eating it, well she REALLY liked it, and then her 3 1/2 year old sister started eating it, and would you believe they finished it!!! And well, that was my lunch or lack there of!!:) How can anyone deny babies anything!!! So I really don't think my food intakes been that bad today. I just NEED to exercise!!! Tomorrow...I PROMISE group!!!! Keep going strong everyone!!!!
PS Shannon don't worry about what size the clothes say...really it depends on EVERY article of clothing, the ranges are so big now!!! 3 lbs is awsome...soon enough it'll be 10, then 15 all the way to your goal!!! :D
 
I wouldn't mind having a Mid-challenge weigh-in.

AussieGirl~ Good job on that Subway! Much more healthier than a hamburger. Yeah! You BETTER go to the Gym tommorrow or I'm coming to your house, and it's not going to be pretty! Lol, Just kidding.
 
Good job Aussie. I had 2 hamburgers from Burger King yesterday. I ate both buns, but way back when I was on the Zone I remember a Zone fast food suggestion was to get two Burger King hamburgers and put them together on one bun. It's only 640 calories with both buns--just a thought if you do get a burger craving.
 
Well by my count with the FSD I'm down 4.3 pounds since the challenge began. I think I can be at 6 or 7 before the trip.

i sneaked peak at mine too (I would NEVER last in the FSD... *embarrased*)
and I'm down 2 pounds... maybe 3. it's hard to say. maybe 2.5? :confused:

It really sounds like we have some weight losers on our team!!! Good on ya both!! And thanks for the encouragment!!:D I'm happy to report that I DID get my sorry trash to the gym this morning!! Happy day!! But for lunch I had this chicken pot pie...does anyone realize how much fat and cal's are in one of those things!!! I didn't until it was cooked up, and I was checking out the box!! What a shock!! I ate it, but it was like 600 cals!!! So I reckon that right there was my 50 minutes of cardio this morning!! Imagine if I hadn't gone to the gym!! Once again, I'm at work, so I have to get back to that. Keep up that awsome weight loss everyone!!!
 
I really know I won't be carrying my weight so to speak at my full potential next week, so I'm really trying to give us a good head start through Monday and then a good final kick Sunday into Monday.
 
Aussie Girl, if you burn off all the calories from your lunch by working out you're doing pheonomenal. I know you'll have a great loss when all is said and done. Terrific work C. We're starting off like ganbusters.
 
Looks like no one has a problem with the Monday weigh in, so I'll see y'all on Monday! :D I won't be on much this weekend, but PM me if you have any problems or questions. :D
 
Thanks so much Cannon, I REALLY appreciate what you said because this morning I'm feeling REALLY not very good. I went to my friends last night, and her uncle had given her a box of like 100+ candy bars, you know those little ones? Well, whenever she'd leave the room, I'd "sneak one". Now I know she'd be just fine with me eating her food, except it's Punky, (yes Hon, I'm confessing!!) and she knows I'm not suppose to, and she would have stopped me like last time. Well, in total I ate 9 of them!!!!!:( :( Boy do I feel AWFUL today. Oh, plus I did a favor for this guy and in return he thought it would be nice to bring me a large pizza and a dessert pizza. Well, I didn't touch the regular pizza, BUT I did eat 2 pieces of the apple dessert one!!:( This was ALL yesturday!!! What's wrong with me!!!!:confused: Hope everyone else is doing better than me!!
 
awwwh AG. I'm sorry you had such a bad day. But 9 candy bars in one sitting is a lil extreme. =/ I've been there too and what can I tell you except you gotta think if this item you're gonna eat will be worth the extra calories/time/guilt that it'll later cost you. Like I love sushi. And if I go and have alot of Japanese food, I'd have no regrets about it. Whereas if I eat empty calories on something I'm just mediocre fond of... Well, I'd feel horrible about.

And I think it would have been alright to have one or even two candy bars but not nine in one sitting which is a bit extreme like I said. Next time if you really want something (a great quantity of it) try stretching it out. Like 9 candy bars stretched out in 9 days. Also don't skip dinner and opting double dessert. That's unhealthy too. Maybe not calorie-wise but u need nutrients. And pizza does have nutrients. Calcium, veggies, protien, etc. Heh. I sound like my mother. :rolleyes:

Ah well... You had a bad day yesterday. Consider it a lesson learned. And do better today. :D

I think I'm ready for the weigh-in tomorrow. I sneak peaked at the scale again... :rolleyes: :p :rolleyes: I told you guys I could never be a part of the FSD. heh. Anyways... If the scale is right I might have lost 5 pounds this week. :eek: Or maybe it's just my body fluctuating. Dunno. But I did take it in the morning and I always weigh myself in the morning. Hmm. :confused:

in other news, I just danced around my room for 95 minutes. According to this site's exercise calculator, I just burned +700 calories. Woot!
