Sorry guys I only lost 1 pound! This week will be better....I don't know what happened - I was good, and went to the gym and ate reasonably well...a pound is better than no pounds! (lol - Aussie I had NO idea you were stealing chocolate!) I weighed in at 214.

hey all,
okay so i weighed myself and i am 151 so i have lost 2 pounds from 153 but gained 1 pound from my 150 so we'll see how this week goes!! but congrats on the weight loss everyone we r sooo gonna kick a$$ lol, anyway cannon i love the song!!! and u can really picture the singer singing it lol. anyway ill talk to everyone later i got to run off to work.:D
 
Hey, a pound is a pound. I know I'm not going to have a big loss next week if I lose any, but we're going to come out on top when we add it all together

I would have posted sooner, but I just finished my 11 hour work day...I was able to leave 2 hours early!! :) Anyway, I'm down 2, at 187.8, from 189.8. Hey Cannon, I thought that poem was absolutly FABULOUS!!! Good job!! Congrats everyone, from 1 - 6 lbs it's all terrific!!!:D
 
Hey AG! That's fantastic!! I was really hoping that you'd have a good week. Way to overcome a bad day. The poem is to the toon of the song that got played to death in the states during American Idol called Bad Day. I'm glad you enjoyed.
 
Thanks so much guys!!! I have determined that NO mini candy bars, chocolate covered granola bars (even though they're on sale right now!!) or anything I'll feel bad about eating later will interfere with my further weight loss!! And I mean it!!! Have a good one everybody!!!

The candy bars may be on sale, but you save even more money by not buying them.... :D
