Haha, im the forum f**king idiot :D

Krak, flies instead of pressing? Flies primarly hit the pecs and only slightly hit the biceps and delts really. Personally i wouldnt call them a compound lift but thats me.

And yea ILM has got a good idea about adding in an olympic lift. Only problem with those is they are probably hard to get good form from self learning the lift (not saying you will use bad form). But its a possibility. Power cleans are fairly simple :D ish.

Rape a goat.

I looked them up and its not something I could do in my basement and also not something I'd want to try without an expert showing me. LOL

Flies will come at the end of my routine sorta like my pulldowns do currently.

And yes I'll gladly rape a goat.

LMAO! at you both.

Well anyway im off to try molestor a gerbil. Think of a good compound Krak.

How about weighted dips or something, or instead of mili press do a push press and then add some benching in.

I'm thinking about that. Not the push press the gerbil.

Maybe I'll do incline BP's this time with push presses.

Well you've got a killer (DLs), then a pull (BORs) and 2 pushes (Flys and Mil Press), so I'd say make the extra pull Renegade Rows. They will destroy you. Although dangit, now that I think about it, do you have lots of DBs?

I dont' have many. I could do them but the most I could do is 20lbs
The rest are the plates and that wouldn't work so well for the Renegades.

Should I do lat pulls or something. I hate doing those they seem pointless.

Can you afford to get some kettlebells? You can do Renegade Rows with those (and a pile of other exercises, too).

If you have the dough, pick up some kettleballs or more DBs or something....RRs really are excellent. I agree about lat pulldowns, mostly pointless IMO, especially for someone like you who excels at pullups.

Tom is deadset against the flys...I think they are good, but maybe have a more powerful push to give your all first...

I agree with MMW. Renegades are awesome. You'll feel so good after doing them, you'll wonder why you never did them before.

Just keep your shoulder girdle set tightly on your supporting arm to protect the joint when you raise the opposing arm ;)

I think I might go ahead and do the incline BP's for now. Until I can get some money together and look at some kettle balls.
Ok so it looks like this in this order

crunches and push ups first like usual

incline BP
DL's
push press
BOR's

Maybe DB power cleans here? Dammit. LOL

iso's will be like I mentioned before.

I like it ^^

Im only against the flys because i see them more of an isolation lift. I do flys after iv done my pressing to just add in that isolation.

Yep, that's definitely how I felt...after almost puking!

Incline BP is a nice changeup...for me (and I'm assuming most if not all), the incline pressing is ever so slightly lower than flat, which is ever so slightly lower than decline...not sure why, but that's how it is with me.

Anyways, I think that looks good, but you've still got 2 presses and just that one pull...

Aren't DL's considered a pull?

I don't know of any other pulls I could do. Other than using that stupid lat bar. The only way it does anything for me is if I max it out and do it backwards pulling the bar to my chest.

I see what you mean but DL's are a pulling movement and im guessing youll still be doing your little pullup circuit kraken?

Anyway Krak, no squats?

Yeah, you're right. I always consider squats, DLs, or lunges (which I almost always do first) seperate...then I either follow with 1 push, 1 pull, or 2 push, 2 pull...but then again I don't know shlt. :D

LOL i know what you mean im the same.

I count like DL's and Squats as the base lift. And then follow on my workout from there.
