No, one would use less weight with free weight fly's is what I was referring to. And, believe they are superior in the sense of having to stabilize the DB weight in the range of motion during the rep sequence.

I agree. I should prolly do the flies with the DB's. Might be more efficient.
I bet I could only rep out 30 lbs per arm doing that.
I hate that machine but I feel I have to use it since I bought it. LOL
