Hi stacy- didn't realize i had to list my goals. But here it is- i would like to lose 2.2 lbs every month (more if i can, but 2.2 right now is good) and if by the end of the year I can be 126lbs or 57kgs, I will be very very happy.

Well, you don't have to list your goals, but sometimes it's good to show what you're aiming for. Some people want to lose 10 lbs a month and might see losing 6 lbs in a month as a failure, other might be aiming for losing 4 lbs a month and will see that same 6 lbs as a great success. It's all about our goals and our outlooks! lol
I think 2.2 lbs a month is totally doable. The doctors say losing weight slowly is best, so you've got a good mindset. I'm just totally impatient so my goals are like 2 lbs a week. lol I don't know if I'll get there but here's hoping!
BTW, you've got a great positive attitude! That's going to take you far, hun! *hugs*
