Oh my I knew it was your birthday but didnt realize it was your 21st...wow have a good time Honey. I hope you have a special one. Be good though!!!!

Today was okay. Had bacon and eggs for breakfast (600), a small yogurt for a snack (100) and then for dinner I had a chicken breast, corn, scalloped potatoes, and salad(300+50+250+75=675). For desert... they got me an ice cream cake! I only had a teeny peice though, but it was probably like 400 calories. Total today: about 1800 calories.

I feel bad about so many calories. I HAVE TO BUCKLE DOWN. My scale is starting to move back again!

Okay, new day tomorrow. Deep breaths.

I'm going to go do some biking.
 
Today:
Breakfast - egg and cheese on a bun (300)
Snack - 16oz fruit smoothie (250)
Lunch/snack - leftover chicken breast and some plum sauce (400)
Dinner - to be decided.

Also, I got a fish for my birthday! I named him BLUE.
 
what kind of fish? A Betta? Their so cute... One time we kept ours in a circular little tiny cuplike tank... made for bettas... then we bought him a spongebob tank.. when we put him in... all he did was swim in a circle.. his body was in a permanent c-shape from swimming in one direction in the cup-like tank... poor thing died a few days later... so we got a new one... he lived with spongebob for 2 years... when we moved I didnt want to take care of the spongebob tank anymore, being that we have a 29 gallon aquarium too.. so I poured him into the big aquarium with the others... he gets along fine with the communtiy fish... Although, all the wave in the big tank, make him swim more, so he has worn down all his pretty fins.. now he looks like an orpahn fish.. but he has friends and hes happy...

Sorry for the long Fish story! Sometimes I lose control!
 
Hey Sweetie just wanted to say good morning. Named your Fish Blue, how cute. I knew a midget named Blue once he smelled kinda fishy..LOL. Anyway sweetie hope you have a good day.
