Starting Weight (November 28): 137.5
Dec. 1: 139.5- up from my starting weight, very bad way to start
Dec. 5: 137.5- so thats two pounds from my last weigh-in, but nothing from my starting weight. Which do I go by?
Dec. 8: 136.5- I'll just go by the weight from Dec. 1, so thats 3 pounds lost!!!!!!
