Weight-Loss December 2lbs a week challenge

I'd like to give this a go! If I'm honest I can't really see it happening... becuase I'm going home for vacation on 1st dec and won't have access to gym/there will be far too much nice food around; but it'd be awesome to lose 8lb in december and maybe this challenge'll provide a little extra motivation!

Start Weight (01 Dec) = 129.5lb
07 December = 127lb
14 December = 124lb
21 December = 122lb
28 December = 120lb
Finish Weight 31 December = 120lb

Total Lost in December = 9.5lb :)

ohh, I have to do this for Christmas!

It's holidays and I don't have any excuses - so kick my butt if I fall off the wagon.

Start Weight (01 Dec) = 68 kg (149.6 pounds)
08 December = 67.2 kg (147.6) Great, 2 pounds gone this week!

I am back, though not very happy as I have gained some weight back. I feel pretty crappy right now but I know the only way to make things better is to get focused!

What is everyone doing for weight loss this month? I am very excited about December, I think I may just get to goal weight....:)

I never have much luck losing 2 #'s a week, but worth a shot to try.

Yeah, you don't have to make a new post for each weigh-in. You just go to the post that you made and click on edit. Then you can put in your weight for that day. :)
