Deadlift Chart

My deads are just starting to get OK so I'll post figures now :)

375 - CCR

1.63 - CCR (375/230)

p.s. Karky - I saw Mreik post a 505 lift in the first 3 or 4 pages but you haven't listed it on the results chart

you mean this:
well 505x0... lol, i'll try this again in a few days. if i can get 405 for 10 i sure as hell better be able to get this.

i <3 being short :p

x0 don't count :p And I'm lazy with updating this.. gotta do it soon though :p

yeah I remember that, but he diden't post a weight did he? I guess I could just put that one up and don't put him in the coefficient list..

That was at a heavier weight, but I cut for a contest and my max went down.. I'll get another 1rm here in a month or two, i'll work up to singles.

Max Deadlift: 382lbs
Weight: 177lbs

Ratio: 2.158

Name: Brian Sinacori

This isnt the right format, see page 1. I did however enter you this time. Were you previously EliteMarine?

Karky and anyone else who updates this: When you edit the 1st post, put the page and post of where the last update came from. I updated all the way to CCR's lift on page 17 post 241. This way it is easier to track.

sorry, the reason I started it was because I wanted to see how much people could do without any assistance, just their body. And that way eveyone is equal, since everyone has their body (unless they have an unfortunate handicap)

240 - Dallen

1.41 - Dallen (240/170)

I always use straps for deadlifts. I don't know if that is considered cheating or not.

All of the cool people are posting in the squat chart. :boxing_smiley::argue::p:):D:beerchug:

Anyone who's part of a gang or 'nerd squad' called The Trilogy Of Terror is not allowed to be called 'cool', sorry

New PB to update you with;

385 - CCR

1.66 - CCR (385/232)
