Ok I started this to get us all rocking! To be in this challenge you have to do at least 30 minutes of excercise a day! What you do is up to you as long as your report in and are accountable! We can challenge others here as well like I challenge Tammy (Niapage) to 50 crunches tomorrow hehehee Its all in fun but it holds us accountable to take that time to excercise!!!!!!:D
 
I LOVE this idea and I want in on this challenge. The winter weather typically gets me in a slump and once you miss one day its so hard to get back on the horse. I NEED to be held accountable so THANK YOU for this.
 
Your very welcome and I am the same way so being accountable will totally help me as well!
 
Sign me up too ^_^ I skip days sometimes and always feel bad after doing so, so I should listen to my body and exercise every day! At least half an hour, on the days I feel lazy XD
 
I'd like to sign up for this challenge, too! I usually exercise 5 days a week, M-F, but this will help motivate me to do something on the weekends also.
 
I havn't gone yet but after work I'm going to the gym for an hour on the bike. I don't have a way home so I decided to walk to the gym and have someone pick me up there in an hour.
 
I'll try this one -the occasional day it just isnt possible for me, but mostly it is of course.

Ok i done 30 minute belly dancing
15 minute hip hop workout
25 crunches so far lol Where are you niapage(tammy)? hehehe
