Fruit and whipped cream

Chicken sandwich
Sun chips
Exercise:
Stationary bike: 30 mins.
Does anybody have any tips on how to eat smaller meals without going back for seconds or snacking all day? Maybe I should count calories and limit myself to the number so I don't over eat....
