Stationary bike: 30 mins.


Does anybody have any tips on how to eat smaller meals without going back for seconds or snacking all day? Maybe I should count calories and limit myself to the number so I don't over eat....

Hi Lisa,

I had a very nice Thanksgiving, thanks! I flew down to Los Angeles to visit my parents. Did you have a good holiday? I can't remember everything that I ate, but I was able to get through the week without gaining too much weight! :p
 
that's the main thing:)

Actually our Thanksgiving was last month....another northern light:D here...I had to work while you guys had your great dinners
 
Ok, well, I haven't been here for a while, and I can't remember what I've been eating the past two weeks, so I'm going to start fresh again... :rolleyes:
