how is it going? Are you still keeping up with your busy schedule? I noticed that you dropped all the snacks from your 'menu'. Is that working for you? I'd be starving, but I guess everyone's different, right?!
My schedule isn't as busy as it used to be because the school semester is beginning to come to an end. I'm glad I'm not as busy. I did cut the snacks from my diet, mainly because I am not hungry between means anymore. I think it is because I am choosing more balanced meals when I do eat. Before I used to just eat carbs and fat but now I am integrating more protein which is keeping me fuller for longer.
