You know with being sick with the stomach flu, I think it was sort of a good thing to eat some fattening chicken noodle soup... lol... man... NEVER GET SICK! it sucks.. :(

Anyway thanks for the nice wishes! 4 lbs here I come!!! muwahahahahaha~!
 
Wooo! I lost 5 lbs this week so far... how messed is that?! lol my goal is 4 lbs by every sunday, and I already have 5. I'm so proud of me. Progress may be slow, but you know what? I don't care its well worth it to see it actually work.

Anyway on another note. Today I deviated from my usual eating plans... mostly because I've been sick for a while and never really had an apetite and I ended up eating some mcdonalds (ew, what was I thinking? :p) and some mediterranian veggie pizza.. lol.. oh well... We'll just say thats a reward for not like dying hardcore from the stomach flu. lol Anyway... I wont be home for a whole week, got some like residential program thing I have to go too but I'll be sure to report back with what went on.

Today's food situation-

Breakfast: Two apples

Lunch: salad wrap

snack: Yogurt cup

Dinner: Salad, potato, peas, Chicken

Snack: not at that point yet lol... but probably a granola bar or something like that... maybe some strawberries ^^

Also later I will go for a run on the treadmill. :)
 
How about some popcorn for a snack and no running today.:O NEVER!

xD I must run tonight... infact I'll do it right now seeing as I have nothing better to do... :D
 
Today:

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: salad wrap and a banana
Snack: Green tea
Dinner: KD
Snack two yogurt cups only equally 80cal for the pair

One more tea after then I'm done. I also ran for another 30 minutes today ^^ Tomarrow I leave for the week. So nothing from me until then

No breakfast? :eek: Oh well. What the heck is a salad wrap? And what's KD? Green tea, I should consider drinking that. We'll see.
 
You don't know what KD is? is this just a canadaian thing or what??? Kraft dinner my friend lol the easiest most junkiest thing I could think of eating today. and A salad wrap is a wrap with salad in it lol xD

i don't know how to explain it but its good. AND green tea kicks ass!

*hasn't had any sleep all night* I think I'll go make myself some actually...

However I'm so not looking forward to checking out the scale on sunday... this week at the retreat thing I swear I gaine dlike 50 lbs. lol

Hopefully not though. ^^
 
I managed 15 minute run on the treadmill, I've been really lazy these past few days and a week away from my tread and any possibility to run has left me sluggish. i'll get right back on it thought tomarrow.

Well in any way... the food thing is going well today. So at least I'm not a mess in all senses of the word.

Today:

Breakfast: None.
Snack: granola bar ( some of my falavoured water)
Drink: rest of my water
Lunch: Salad plate at school thats loaded with yummy veggies and good stuff like that. a fruit and yogurt cup and some water
Snack: Nothing, too busy in class
Supper: Two bowls of homemade soup, loaded with veggies
Snack: Green tea and a muffin

Now I'm going to run for a bit and then head off to bed. I think I might be working out after school with some friends at the Y, but if not, I'll be running at home for sure. ^_^

Tomarrow I'm for sure getting up to run!

Luckily I did lose some weight for my new goal... *scrambles off to change ticker*
