Ah well different people have different go times. I just wanted to make up for the day so I went for 50 minutes, I find I can run more if I cover the time section of the treadmill thingy so I'm not constantly looking at it going " only 15 more minutes, only 15 more minutes. This morning I had wanted to run for at least 30 minutes but naahhh... still too lazy in the mornings Eventually I'll get up for those, but I figure as long as I run a bit at night for the first bit I'll sort of ease into it.
Well I'm off for some breakfast, shower than off to school.
So yesterday I didn't go for a run, but i figure at first I'll go every other day then move to everyday... I don't want to freak out my body. Besides being stiff everyday doesn't sound appealing
So today I had some whole wheat toast for breakfast, then a bowl of homemade stew with another slice of whole wheat bread, then I had some noodles and a wrap for supper. Now I'm munching on some raspberry pie then I'm going to go for a run a little while later. ^_^
I'll say later how long I go. oh...I should get some water...xD
I know how you feel about being too lazy to workout in the morning Every morning I saw how about some excersises, Eric? Then I figure it's just too early. And like you, one day I will get up for excersises I wish I had a treadmill. I'd walk or run on it while I watched tv or listened to music. We may be getting a trampoline soon and I'm positive that will help me with my weightloss. I love trampolines and they're a great source of excersise. Plus I like wrestling, so I can do a lot of cool moves on it
lol Thanks for the comment. At least I got some running in tonight, i only went for 30 minutes but I figure if I do 30 minute intervals throughout the day, it'll be all good. I know I may have said this before and never went through but lets just try this for kicks:

well lets see... all I've eaten today is half of a little bag of cheezies (lol I totally couldn't resist), but supper is soon so I'll just counter that with the bestest thing of veggies ever! *triumphant music plays in the background*
Then probably in an hour (depending on how long I can endure the boredom of sitting in front of the computer) i'll go for another run and then do another one later tonight. ^_^

Oh a bit more randomness: Cheesiest Pickup line in the history of cheesy pick-up line history: I think I need a map because I'm lost in your eyes.
I doubt this counts for anything but so far, I've had a granola bar for breakfast and just finished shoveling the snow int he driveway which took at least 1/2 an hour. (or the equivalent of 7 songs on my ipod )
Breakfast: Granola bar
lunch-ish thing: A bottle of Jones and some crispy mini's (lol too lazy to actually make anything)
Supper: A bit of shepard's pie
Then I'm gonna go for a run before 5 and then later on shoveling more snow. ^_^
Massive headache today and stiff neck, so its a no go on the running. Perhaps tomarrow I'll feel better.
For breakfast I had a granola bar, then another one as a snack around 11ish, then for lunch I had a poutine and some shepards pie for supper. Now I'm drinking water, hoping that the headache was just due to dehydration and that it goes away, maybe later I might get some running in.
Breakfast: nothing
snack: nothing
lunch: chicken noodle soup
snack: yogurt cup
Dinner: Don't know yet... not sure if I'm up to it or not but I'll try...
Oh awesome news I suppose. My weekly goal is to lose 4 lbs. and I just weighed in ( deviating from my usual sunday weigh-in's -_-' - couldn;t help myself) mostly because I figured I'd have gained some since I haven't had my run in a few days, but in fact I lost 3 of the 4 I need to lose before sunday. :O Damn who knew being sick did that to ya. lol
Anyway, I feel so much better so tomarrow I can get back on track before I leave on sunday for the week.
I've heard chicken soup isn't good for dieting. I'm not sure why but I think it had to do with sodium or carbs or something Though it is nice when you're sick Nothing for breakfast? Tsk tsk Four pounds a week sounds like a reasonable goal. Hopefully you reach four pounds and then some every Sunday. Good luck!
