Alright so saturday I didn't write anything... I was busy I guess or something :S
Either way I didn't really do much on saturday, and I know I didn't really do a great watch of what I was eating. I woke up very late (around 2 in the afternoon) and my parents already had supper on the table...honestly they need to get some clocks for christmas. So I had a porkchop and some patatoes, then later I had two apples and a pear and so little oranges thorughout the evening and night. bah...bad saturday...

Then today I just woke up not to long ago...I've been drinking water a lot, and I just had myself a broccoli omlette... lets hope today is better... I'll write again later I bet.

Ah...so I haven't really been motivated at all lately...and have even slacked on my diet...though when I weighed myself this sunday I lost another pound... (must remind myself to update ticker...). However I just read some stuff on here and BOOM! I'm motivated again...:)

I really should stay on task...
Anyway, earlier today wasn't so good, i drank two pops while at school (not good) and had a poutine...damn school cafeteria...so good...
Either way I plan on getting abck on track tomarrow!

Just checking in on you! Did you get that morning run in yet? Do you run outdoors or on a treadmill?

And i've gotta ask...what is a poutine?!
 
A poutine is this fatty calorie-filled dish with fries and gravy and cheese...
:( so good...but soo very very bad!

and I run on a treadmill my dad bought me, I'm not going to run in a blizzard.
and sadly I haven't been running lately cus I haven't been sleeping properly.

Ya I definetely need to get back on track and I decided it has to be NOW!
So whenever I wake up tomarrow I'm gonna go for a run on the treadmill and then watch what I eat. I'm gonna give up pop and candy junk... and see if I can do this. I need to do this. Stupid will-power...

Either way I hope everyone else had a good holiday as well. Hopefully more people where able to control themselves unlike me..:)

Ok, So basically I'm through with letting myself wonder off the track, Starting right now I'm going to stay focused on my goals and continue on my way to healthiness and beauty!

Ok, so lately because of the christmas holiday and school (tempting cafeteria, Damn you!! -shakes fist- ), I have been mislead from the good path I was on back into the depths of fastfood and junk. :( Which is never a good thing. So starting -looks at clock-today I am going to get back to running when I get up and eating better. I'll let you know later how I do on my first day back :D
 
Alright, So I've got back on track and its great.
Hopefulyl now I'll be able to stay on track. Since I don't have a lot of time until the break is over, what with having to do all my homework in a short period of time instead of having done a little bit over time, I don't have much spare time to go for my run. However, as soon as school gets back on... I'll be a little more organized.

Embarrassing moment of the day: I burnt rice. Really...Really..badly...:eek:

I've also managed to lose another 4 pounds during the christmas break, which suprises me greatly. I'll have to update my ticker now. Actually...I think i'll do that right now before I get distracted. :)
 
That's so excellent that you managed to lose weight when so many of us cracked and gained over the holiday!

Good luck getting even more on track when you go back to school!

I really need to learn how to sleep... this is killing me...

Well I've been good with my food, which is great. Though I'm just too tired lately to actually run on the treadmill, but I can hopefulyl start off small again and work my way up until i learn how to get anough sleep :)
 
Too bad about that burn rice. I bet it was horribly stinky! I burnt a pot of pasta once. I didn't even know you could burn pasta!! Very gross!

Hi Crimson

I think that if you really stick it out with the walking /running on the treadmill, that sleep will start to come very easily and naturally for you. If I stop my walking, I sleep terribly. When I start back up, I can almost immediately fall asleep when the head hits the pillow. Exercise is most definitely going to make you sleep well.

Plus, look at your progress! YOU are doing wonderfully, and no one gets to take the credit for your weight loss BUT you!

I could burn water, so rice would be way to easy to burn for me, lol.
I'm restarting my exercise tonight- I'm actually a bit excited, cuz I get to watch tv :) I don't have cable at home, so this should be fun !! Good luck with the treadmill :) you can do it!!

and to answer the question. That burnt pot of rice was the smelliest thing I have ever had to endure for a whole hour as I aired out the house and scrubbed at the bottom of the pot. Luckily I got to remake it the next day without errors. Yay!

Well today after school i'm going out and about with some friends, so thats a lot more exercise than I normally get, seeing as i'm not one to run around like a loser after school :p I got like 5 hours of sleep last night, so tonight should be better, and I'll run tomarrow morning for sure!

Regarding the burned rice. If you take some baking soda and put it in the pot and bring it to a boil, it'll take off the burned rice or any food and helps to clean it! :)
 
Ah, thanks. I'll try that.

Today I had:

Breakfast: Honeycombs Cereal

Lunch: Combo meal thing at wendys

Dinner: Salad wrap and a bowl of soup

Snack: Some low-fat icecream
 
So I have been working hard at the whole exercise thing. Running every morning and after I get home. I'm a vegetarian so I don't really have to worry about the whole eating thing, except for trying to get enough of the essential nuitriance (sp?) and stuff...

However as for the rest of my life...gah... I'm restless in my day to day activities. School is rather dull, however I am going to go back adn redo and bunch of classes so I can go to college or whatever and do something in mental health. Hopefully I can figure out a way to do something exciting or whatever so I can get out of this boring rut I'm in.

So today I Finally got back to running.
After I got home from school around 11, I headed straight for the treadmill and I just finished a 40 minute run and a couple sets of weights and stretches.

:)

I feel gooooooood.

Hopefully I can stay focused now.

Ahahaha I have returned!!!! * chaotic music plays in the background*

Well then people, I have been away for a long time but I have finally come back. I've been so slacking lately but I haven't actually gained back the weight that I lost so I'm sitting about the same on my little ticker thingy. Well now I'm in a new semester and feel really motivated to stick with a schedule so I'm BACK!

I just got finished running for half an hour on the treadmill and I feel great, today I had a lot of water, a poutine for lunch, and I plan on having a wrap in a few minutes. Tomarrow i'm gonna start off early with better eating so It's all good.

Chow, or rather not. lol
 
So today I had mini snacks at school so as to keep the beast below ravanous wolf-mode at lunch time (lol) and had some gronala bars and some fruit and yogurt. Though lunch was apoutine again...seriously...I gotta give up that junk. Cheese doesn't even like me... lol... and for supper I had some chicken and corn and potatoes, not like a huge amount though, but it was gooood.

Now I'm gonna go run on the tradmill and then do some stretching before heading off to bed. Then I'm gonna start running in the morning, maybe that'll wake up my system a bit better.

Wow, sounds like you did good today. Congrats on that :) I love granola bars, I should pick some up later this week. But who knows what'll happen.
