Alright, so I definetley think this is an interesting way to do things. I was actually hoping there'd be something like this one here. (yay! :D ). Alright so I'm 17 and I weighed in today at 217lbs (bleck!), Which definetely isn't cool at all. My goal is to get down to 150 where I'm at a reasonable weight for my height, which is 5"8".

So here's the past two days' happeneings:

Friday:

Breakfast-
1. Bowl of honey combs
2. banana

Snack:
- Nutragrain bar

Lunch:
- Salad w/ low fat dressing

Snack:
- A golden delicous apple

Supper:
- Baked chicken vegatable rice (my specuality)
-Glass of milk

Snack:

-Some grapes

Exercize:
- Ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes
- Did some squats
-some crunches (not a lot cus I suck :eek: )

Saturday(today):

Breakfast:
- Slice of Banana Blueberry bread
- Banana

Lunch:
-Salad
-Bowl of soup

Supper:
- Bowl of left over soup (vegatable)
- Tomatoe sandwhich

Exercise:
- 15 minute run on the treadmill
- will do another 15 later

Extra's (bad!!):
- 2 cups of hot chocolate
- popcorn ( bad tempation won :( )

Starting on monday I'm going to get up and run in the morning before school. This time I have to refuse to set back my alarm.

Ah the last day of the weekend already...-sigh- Where did all my free time go??? Anyways...

here is today's transactions: (Sunday, December 10-2005)

Breakfast:(was a late one- around 11:30am)
- Banana


Lunch:(late again...)
...wait....I don't think I had anything cus supper was soon....

Snack:
- three butter popcorn flavoured rice cakes (96 cal)

Supper:
- Salad w/ low-fat dressing
- one boiled potatoe
- Mixed macoroni w/ Hamburger meat ( had more salad than this...)

Water Situation:
- So far I've had 56 OZ :)

Probabilities:
- I'll probably have another snack later, perhaps an apple or a pear.

Anyway...since I got up late today I didn't go for a morning run on the treadmill, seeing as it was no longer morning when I actually woke up right. Though later on I ran on it for 15 minutes and did some work on my arms with the new dumbells my Dad bought me today. I also did half of my crunches about 10 minutes ago and some "donkey kicks" that I read about on here somewhere. Tomarrow I'm getting up earlier for school (around 8- I go to school in the afternoons this week) and gor for a good 1/2hour run on the tread before breakfast.

Oh no... very bad, very bad indeed. Instead of the apple I had planned to eat, I grabbed a bowl of the macaroni and hamburger meat thing...:( eventhough I was good all day and was even short some calories...I mustn't get into the mindset that I can do this...

Looks like you're doing pretty well here Crimson, and honestly, don't sweat the small stuff, you'll stress yourself into an ulcer!

I also wanted to let you know I love your icon! Very surreal. If you haven't already, you should check out some of the art by Salvador Dahli, I think you'd like it :D
 
I got so much sleep last night :)
I don't think I've ever felt so refreshed before in my life. Anyway...So I got up early before I had to go to school so I got to have a 1/2 hour run on the treadmill while I watched the first part of a movie. I find that listening to music, reading, or even watching tv makes the time go by fatser so I was pleased. Then I did some work with the dumbells for about 15 minutes then I had some breakfast and took a shower.

I brought a long with me a granola bar so I had that while I was at school, but I didn't really have any money so I didn't get lunch (I should invest in a lunch bag or something), but I drank a lot of water, probably only 28 OZ cus I refuse to drink the dirty fountain water :( But I'll have more now that I'm at home in access of clean water.

So as far as food went today: Honey comb cereal, granola bar,(supper)- Salad, macoroni/meat mix thing, potatoes.
I also drank a lot of water and had a glass or orange juice.

Later I'll probably do a quick 15 minute run on the tread and some "crunches" and head off to bed.

not too bad really, though I didn't get enough light snacks in so I was starving by supper.

Looks good so far! I'm so with you in refusing to drink fountain water most of the time. A couple spots on campus have "good" water fountains that are actually filtered and chilled, but 90% of them are the old ones from like the 1970's or something. Yuck.
 
Yeah they are definetely gross. Besides its not good to drive the town's water unfiltered :p Our water is over chlorined or whatever. So I stick to bottled or at least filtered water on its own.

Today I wasn't motivated so I didn't exercise and I slipped up on the eating thing...

I'm not even going to write in the horrific things I ate today. Though I am pleased and eager to say that tomarrow I refuse to do it again. I was just too tired in the morning to get up and run. But I will tomarrow.

I found that today was a good day despite the fact that the health part of it wasn't as healthy as I'd like it to be. Oh well I can't let it get to me, and I should just try harder to stay on task.

Hey there. Don't beat yourself up about today's horrific meals. haha That made me laugh. I hope it was at least yummy! That's the great thing about tomorrow, you can start fresh. We all have those days. Just as long as you keep your feet close to the breaks you should be fine. I've been pumping the breaks lately, trying to keep at it. haha Take care friend. I think a lot of us have days where we just don't feel motivated enough to do much, and despite our efforts we are tempted to eat the bad stuff. But don't fret, there's always tomorrow! Just do your best, but don't over-do it ;)

If you need anything, I'll always be around!

Well today I woke up late because all night my rats were running around and making noise so I was up pretty late. But I made up for the morning run just over 10 minutes ago. I ran for 20 minutes and I drank a lot of water today (man I love that treadmill...:)). Though I know I could have made better meal choices today... I got to 1900 cals.... -sigh- Oh well... Better luck tomarrow.

Congrats on the running! I need to up my water - I only had one bottle today :( And I know how it feels when pets keep ya up - I used to have a crazy little hamster in my room that wouldn't stop moving. Now I just have my tortoise & my lizard who are quiet (thank goodness!) :)

I used to have a hamster as well...
I couldn't stand him whatsoever...so I gave him away and got a rat which is considerably quieter. But then I got another one.
And they have decided to gang up on me and annoy me whenever they get a chance.

Scheming little buggers:D
 
Today I ran for 15 minutes on the tread before getting ready for school. I would have gotten more if I had of gotten up earler. Again with the nosiy rats...(grr!). I had some cereal for breakfast then I had various fruit through-out the day and some fries for lunch at school. Then for supper I had a little bit of meatloaf with some potatoes and salad. Mmmm... Parents decided to give my recipe a whirl, apparantly it worked.:D

Then I think I'll go for another 15 minute run and then do it all again tomarrow.
Oh and I did some reps with my dumbells...ehe... I love the name of them.:)

So today wasn't bad.
i let my mom think it was a snow day adn I took the day off (woOt...go team me!:)) Then I had a bana for breakfast, a salad and a bit of meatloaf for lunch. Then since I was busy with shovelling snow all evening I only had a salad and a bagel for supper.

I drank a lot of water and just an hour ago I had an apple and a pear. Mmmm..
Then I ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill. So today was a good day...
