Alright, so I definetley think this is an interesting way to do things. I was actually hoping there'd be something like this one here. (yay! ). Alright so I'm 17 and I weighed in today at 217lbs (bleck!), Which definetely isn't cool at all. My goal is to get down to 150 where I'm at a reasonable weight for my height, which is 5"8".
So here's the past two days' happeneings:
Friday:
Breakfast-
1. Bowl of honey combs
2. banana
Snack:
- Nutragrain bar
Lunch:
- Salad w/ low fat dressing
Snack:
- A golden delicous apple
Supper:
- Baked chicken vegatable rice (my specuality)
-Glass of milk
Snack:
-Some grapes
Exercize:
- Ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes
- Did some squats
-some crunches (not a lot cus I suck )
Saturday(today):
Breakfast:
- Slice of Banana Blueberry bread
- Banana
Lunch:
-Salad
-Bowl of soup
Supper:
- Bowl of left over soup (vegatable)
- Tomatoe sandwhich
Exercise:
- 15 minute run on the treadmill
- will do another 15 later
Extra's (bad!!):
- 2 cups of hot chocolate
- popcorn ( bad tempation won )
Starting on monday I'm going to get up and run in the morning before school. This time I have to refuse to set back my alarm.
