Weekends are bad! Diet's suffer! I will do better, I will do better!

Does #10 count as cardio????? It should the way I did it last night!!!! lol

Diet sucked @$$ today. I need to do better! I will do better! No more excuses!
 
I hate it that no one sees any of my weight loss! GEEEEEEEEZ I know 15 pounds isn't ALOT when you weigh over 200, but come on! Thats what gets discouraging
 
TurtleMomma --It is so frustrating waiting for results to be visible to others. It always happens suddenly. One day no one notices and the next day everyone does! But man, when it happens it really feels good. So instead of just waiting for it, start looking forward to it. You know it's coming!

And 15 lbs is a lot! A whole lot! And yes tomorrow you have to do better...no KFC for you!!! You make that promise and I'll promise no french fries for me this week (my downfall). lol

Well I am about to leave for a meeting, my last town council meeting as town clerk. I am sad and happy. But I know that there is a surprise party for me there, and I hate that! lol To be completely surprised is bad enough, but hubby blew it yesterday by mistake, so now to act surprised...........geez

Started yesterday and have a renewed energy in my herbalife. 2 out of the 3 girls in the office are working on losing weight.
 
thats awesome that you have a group of people to lose weight with at work too =) good luck with your new job!!!!
 
Wow.. you're really enjoying the herbalife shake. I got my pack yesterday but the mix and PPP did not dissolve with my orange juice when I tried making the shake for breakfast this morning. The shake was 'powdery' and tasted awful for me. Am I doing it wrong or is it supposed to be like that? Please helpppppp....
 
This week went really well for me. Sorry I didn't post every day, but I had a shake for breakfast, fruit for snack, shake for lunch, snack was str chz and 1 pc of fudge, and a sensible dinner. Yesterday I even avoided the pizza the bosses bought for lunch! YAY! Wasn't easy, but I did it!
 
Nope, didn't know anyone there. Well....a guy on the construction end was my next door neighbor growing up, but I don't have anything to do with the guys out on the field. I am loving the new job! I'm also down another 2 pounds! I need to update my ticker.
