I am glad to see that you are taking on this new job!!!...How exciting!!!
You are doing the right thing ..I just know it!...Now maybe everthing wont be so hectic for you!.....Food is looking healthy......water awesome!.....Now squeeze some exercise in there somewhere..( at least only 30 minutes)

Ok - this is confusing....ordered a large turkey/salami/bacon sub - had it cut in quarters. Gave hubby half. It had turkey, salami, bacon, lettuce, tomato, italian seasonings, and vinagrette. I had 1/4 minus tomato - (don't like tomato's), the second 1/4 I had only 1/2 the bun.

I LOVE YOU!!!!.....I HATE TOMATOES TOO..!!!!!....( except ketchup does that count as a tomatoe?..lol).....oh and I like Salsa...and I can eat little bitty teeny winny tiny tomatoes in my salad....but other than that...I hate tomatoes.!.I hate tomatoes.!....sing it with me TMOMMA...!!!!..WE HATE TOMATOES!...THE ONLY TIME WE WILL PICK ONE OFF A VINE IS TO THROW IT AT SOMEONE.....

I am back. Haven't gotten on the scales yet. I was as good as humanly possible with all the temptations. Last night - not so good - everyone was buying me drinks as a send off! I will post more when I am back and settled.
 
Ok...4 days at the fair - temptation city! So I wasn't always so good. The good point is I walked! and Walked and WALKED! I wore my pedometer.

Thurs - 12000+ steps
Fri - 15000+ steps
Sat - 18000+ steps
Sun - didn't wear it....

My shake mix came in and now if I could only find my shaker cup life would be goooooooood.

lunch - fried chicken drumstick and thigh (bad girl)

1 srv peanuts

supper - 1 srv of hamburger helper beefy noodle

Well I finally got on the scale and I am happy to say that I weighed in at 224.5 and at the start of our last group I weighed 224. I gained 1/2 a pound, but thats not bad considering I haven't stuck with the diet. I am remotivated and I will do this now!

OHHH Turtle Momma........where is your fruit and veggies.......??...lol.....I see your doing alot of # 10......is there some way you can incorporate the f and vs with that exercise?...lol...jk..lol
