Phate, will you do the leg extensions and ham curls too?

If I had the machines I would. But I think even doing non stop squats for 90 seconds with only 100lbs will kill the legs.

More school bitching. Yesterday I was finally able to re sign up for my classes to be full time again. Today I had off of work so I thought I would hit up the bookstore for some ISBN numbers to order books online.

Since my financial aid situation isnt squared I decided to stop in and talk to the damn lady who never calls me or my current colleges director back. Well she had "stepped out" so they sent me to talk to another lady. This lady tells me I need to go back online and recomplete my FAFSA application naming them my school. I try to explain to her that I dont need to do that, but if that is right then noone told me. It went something like this:
"You need to go and fill out your FAFSA...You shouldnt have waited til the last day to come in and ask."
Me: "Ive been trying to get this straightened out since the beginning of December actually."
Her: "Well if you had asked the right question someone could have given you an answer."
Me: "Ive been dealing with the assistant DIRECTOR of financial aid on this matter." By this time I was ready to rip her face off and was speaking loudly.
Her: "Then you should talk to her about it."
Me: "I would if she would ever ****in call me back!!"
And I walked out.

I called my schools FA director and he said again that they have no idea what we are actually trying to do. Im just worried that they will drop my classes again, because registration ends today and I wont be able to re sign up.
 
Couple things:

Phate: I don't know about you but I couldn't even squat my own body weight for 8 minutes straight!

everyone else: If you guys like shooter games at all... BUY HALF LIFE 2! I started a game of that yesterday and it's one of the best (if not the best) shooters i've ever played!

Yea, the program calls for 135lbs 8min straight.
then 2 sets of some other leg exercise
then 3 sets of leg curls

but i'm just going to start off with 90 seconds and around 95-100lb squats and see how it goes, probably wont even be able to last 90 seconds, we'll see.
 
not squats, but leg press. I just did, 30kg 90 sec, I'm gonna add time next time.
I dunno about the weight tough, only thing holding me back is that my quads fills with lactate acid very quickly.
