Phate, will you do the leg extensions and ham curls too?
That's what you miss training at home.If I had the machines I would. But I think even doing non stop squats for 90 seconds with only 100lbs will kill the legs.

Phate: I don't know about you but I couldn't even squat my own body weight for 8 minutes straight!
everyone else: If you guys like shooter games at all... BUY HALF LIFE 2! I started a game of that yesterday and it's one of the best (if not the best) shooters i've ever played!
not squats, but leg press. I just did, 30kg 90 sec, I'm gonna add time next time.
I dunno about the weight tough, only thing holding me back is that my quads fills with lactate acid very quickly.
Leg exercises wipe me out so fast..
