I think we need Big Tom to post something amazingly derogatory towards women, that usually picks things up a bit :)

I tried to give blood today at my school, but they rejected me and they said i can't ever give blood because i was born in Europe and lived there for quite some time, and because they have mad cow disease cases going around.

This is from my heart (the bottom of it).

An old saying which is 100% true is women are only good for sex. I believe that myself to a certain extent.

As i did say a certain extent! But for my age and my lifestyle i only want them so i can drop my load up them untill i do meet the right 1 to settle down with. But untill then, ima keep getting STD's and enjoy my pathetic life.

Some fun fitness stuff.

Eat right!
Make sure you get your daily dose of
fruits and veggies.

Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin C.

Get plenty of exercise because
exercise helps build your immune system.

Walk for at least an hour a day,

go for a swim,

take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

Wash your hands often.
If you can't wash them,
keep a bottle of antibacterial stuff around.

Get lots of fresh air.
Open doors & windows whenever possible.

Try to eliminate as much stress
from your life as you can.

Get plenty of rest.

OR

Take the doctor's approach.
Think about it...
When you go for a shot,
what do they do first?
They Clean your arm with alcohol...
Why?
Because Alcohol KILLS GERMS.
So.......

I walk to the liquor store. (exercise)
I put lime in my Corona ...(fruit)
Celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies)
Drink outdoors on the bar patio..(fresh air)
Tell jokes, laugh....(eliminate stress)
Then pass out. (rest)
The way I see it...

If you keep your alcohol levels up,
flu germs can't get you!

On that note, I am going to the bar.
 
I went to work at 1030 and left at 1040.

So now Ive been finishing the updates on this laptop, and failing to successfully download Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro.

Break time. Im gonna go to the gym.

Oh MAn..oh man

My parents bought pumpkin pie..this is NOT good.
I only have 2 weaknesses when it comes to food.
1. Peanut butter
2. Pumpkin pie

I'm yelling at my sisters and brother to eat more, take another slice and finish the whole pie before i lose self control.

The past month..diet has been a bit dirtier than usual. I'd say 75-80% clean..
