202lbs. Only 3 people in the world have lifted that DB with one hand. One was Mark Henry, another was Odd Haugen. I forget who the third was.

What is the process of "proving you have a superior grip?"
I am not going but I also just found out it was this weekend. Ill have to plan in advance to attend the next one. Its on my home to Indiana so shouldnt be difficult.

What I do is I have a couple of pictures of guys I wanna look like and a couple of pictures of what I do look like (and one or two that are much much worse, for dramatic effect). When I'm really struggling with a decision such as what to eat or whether to work out or not I "put" (either mentally or physically) one next to each option and ask myself which I want.

GNC runs a grip gauntlet. You have to complete that to even have a chance to lift the dumbbell. (anyone who can't d the gauntlet has no chance to lift the DB) I know what our grip gauntlet is, I am not sure what GNC uses as their gauntlet. Will update after the weekend.
So I'll be off for the next 4 days. Will report back with anything cool that happens.
