Hi Everyone
Hope you have all been enjoying a lovely weekend!
Thanks to those who had a response to my question. I think I will go with my initial reaction and keep quiet about doing Cohen's. I'm sure I can make up enough excuses not to eat out with friends (why does socialising always involve food?) My family wont know till they see me at Christmas as I live interstate. Hopefully by then my weight loss will be well under way and they'll be looking at a new person.
Myshy: Congratulations on 66kg! You mustn't have far to go now?
lmr- You must be so proud of your progress! Dropping 5 dress sizes is no easy task. You sound like you had a blast on your shopping expedition!
Casey: Its nice to know there'll be someone else starting their journey around the same time. I dont know about you but I'm feeling a bit impatient to get going... I hope I can maintain my enthusiasm
Rajah- from your honesty about "falling off the wagon" at Easter I've started thinking what am I going to do at Christmas...?? Any words of wisdom? I dont want to ruin all my hard work. P.S. I love your line about being happy losers!
Till next time!
