Club 150s

As of this morning my weight was 161.5, so hopefully that means that I will be joining you guys soon! :)
 
HELLO everyone in the 150's, I weighed in at 159 this morning and intend for that number to keep going down... if all goes as planned, I should be out of this group by the beginning of October :)

As I have mentioned in the 160's group, I have been a past member here, but decided to make a new account as I fell off the wagon within the past year going from 147 - 166... i know, huge jump! but there was just so much going on in my life that I wasnt able to focus on myself and my needs. Now that ive adjusted through the transition in my life, Im ready to come back stronger than ever and kill it!
Main goal? is to be 130lbs....

Off to start my own diary shortly as well :)
 
That's great, Macaddict_xo! I hope you're gone by the beginning of October too! (Haha that sounds so weird and mean out of context)

Unfortunately, I keep fluctuating :( I was 157.5 at the begninning of this month, but I've been going up and down all week. Never over into the 160's, but still. Grrrrr.
 
You are so close to 147! Just keep going strong, eventually the weight WILL come off.

On that note, I've been at around 155 for a few days, so I am halfway there to being out of the 150's!
 
I'm finally in the 150's with this morning's weigh-in. I'm so pleased!
I'm at 158 lbs...and I haven't weighed so little in years.

Plus, I'm healthier than I've ever been! I used to catch every bug that came around, but lately I manage to shake off any colds and flu...even when everyone else in my family is sick! I guess my immune system is enjoying the healthy diet I've been eating since April? Could be.
 
Right now I am in the 150's (155.8) to be exact, but hopefully this is only a quick stop in and I will soon be in the 140's. My final goal is 128 but I hope to be out of the 150's by Oct 22!
 
Welcome everyone!

Ugh, I'm stuck in this club :( My weight keeps going from 156-158 and doesn't seem to want to move. Maybe if I up my game a little I'll progress some more.
 
157.9 as of yesterday!

I just hope I don't hit any rotten old plateau! That must be so frustrating. My weight loss over the last six months has been amazingly steady. The only "plateaus" I've hit were when I was allowing myself to eat more for a specific reason...like when I was on vacation in the USA. I upped my calorie count while I was there. Not that I went crazy, but I allowed myself some pretty big margins.

Anyway, here's hoping that everyone gets out of this club soon and down into the 140's!

Rox, I just noticed that we started around the same weight, are about the same weight now and our goals are close. Let's push each other out of the 150's! Good luck!

I saw 156 on the scale this morning for the first time in a looong time. Probably sometime early high school.

It feels so good to be dropping those pounds. Hopefully by next Sunday I'll be down in 155!

I'm just coming into this club at 159.6, I'm so happy to be here, I haven't been in the 150s since before my 2 year old was born.

Isn't that a great feeling? You must be so please with yourself!

I know that I'm sure happy to be here...which is a good thing, as it's taking me a looooong time to get out of this club. But as long as my weight is still going down, I won't complain.

I know what you mean, I was at the low end of the 160s for awhile , longer than I had hoped it would take. I've found this time that it helps to look at the positive, I am still going down even if it takes longer than I'd hope. In the end I'll be happier that I stuck with it.

Thanks so much! It's been quite a journey....

I am thinking that my little "plateau" is about over. I've been doing the Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" dvd for the last week and the weight has been coming off faster because of it...plus i'm seeing some good muscle development already. It's pretty amazing to see results so fast, but that's how it seems to be going.
I'd really recommend it for people who are stuck at a certain weight. It's an idea to try, anyway....

Anyway, I should be out of the 150's quite soon. I'm so excited!!
 
153.8 today... I didn't consider myself in the club until I was "safely" into the 150s, at 155. Weight fluctuates so much that I don't get myself too peppy about it until I feel that I'm at a "safe" point where I won't fluctuate back into the 160s (my starting point was 165, the heaviest I've ever been). This club has been fun but I hope to expire my membership in the next 2 or 3 weeks :p
