Club 150s

I'm still in the 150s so that is great.

There must be other people in the 150s.

The clubs section seems to have really slowed down since I was last on the forum...
(And people have been posting things in this section that really do not look like clubs for other people to join.)
 
I'm pleased to say that I still qualify.

158.4 today. A new low on the 2013 project. :party:
 
I have just been on the scales and got a nice new low for this year's project...

11st3.6 which is 157.6 pounds. :party:

The especially nice thing is that this brings my weight under the BMI of 28... It makes a BMI of 27.9... a BMI of 27.9 looks better than 28.1 as it is creeping back towards the magic 25...
 
I'm pleased to say that my weight has not gone back up above the 150s. I just can't wait to get out the other side into the 140s...
 
I loved getting into this club - but am really looking forward to getting out the other side and into the 140s... Only a couple of pounds to go...

Its funny how we are all delighted to get into these clubs - and cannot wait to get out the other side.

I think that at this rate I'll be hovering near the bottom for ages... I'm eating out tonight so will probably be higher up for the next week...

I had a yummy meal out last night and have been punished at the scales... Back in the mid 150s...
 
Hey everyone! I'm so excited that I'm finally out of the 60s club and into the 50s. I can't wait to get to the 40s club. :D
 
Been out of the game for so long, feels good to be back... its been about 3 years since I have followed a strict workout & meal plan; managed to maintain in the mid 150's
Weighed in @ 154 this morning (5 pound gain) Dont hope to be in here for long, In the midst of figuring out my next steps; Hope to get into the 140's group by next month *fingers crossed*
 
I've been stuck at just over 152 for five weeks now and it is starting to get me down a bit....does anyone have any advice for me? I was 189lb last summer and was trying to get down to 145 for the middle of may this year, I am stuck at 152 and it's looking increasingly unlikely that I will reach my target. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Keep at it!!! I have hit a plateau at around 152ish too. I have some comfort knowing that I have a new muscle mass from my fitness training, but I know I have some pudge in the tummie to lose too.
So, if my experience is at all like yours, maybe we both could benefit from renewed discipline?
Lol, that's right, I'm admitting it, I cheat too often. Time to take it up another notch?
 
Hey Everyone,

I am starting off in this club - not a great feeling but a wake-up call for someone who is only 5'3". However, the good news is that I stared at 157 but am now 154.2. Yay! I have been exercising and restricting calories to 1300 per day. Maybe this is a sign that it's working! Hopefully, I will join the 140 club sooner rather than later.
