i would really like a weight loss buddy!and my tips for losing fat-dance dance revultion everyone who wants to lose weight should get it! it's sooo much fun! i was bored with mine, so i got a new one today with nre songs, and it was so much fun! i have been doing 500 calories a day for the last few days. i also walk every night that it's cool out.as for junk food, that's hard. o love chocolate. and it's even harder when i have the munchies! but i have some filling low cal snacks that will help, like a diet coke, and a sweet potato with i can't beleive it's not butter spray. 200 cals! or a 3 musketeers bar. tonight i'm reting peaches roasted in cinnamon and dipped in low fat vanilla ice cream! only 28 calories in a peach. and sometimes i eat real light during the day and save enough calories so i can have 2 snickers bars. these are the things i feel have helped me! what is your status? how much do youweigh, and what was your starting point?
