Club 140s

Hey Havear
good job:) Do you have any tips how to fight the need to eat junk food, when others around you are eating it? Or if it eems to help you deal with stress (like studying, writing papers) thanks a lot. Are you looking for a diet buddy by any chance?

i would really like a weight loss buddy!and my tips for losing fat-dance dance revultion everyone who wants to lose weight should get it! it's sooo much fun! i was bored with mine, so i got a new one today with nre songs, and it was so much fun! i have been doing 500 calories a day for the last few days. i also walk every night that it's cool out.as for junk food, that's hard. o love chocolate. and it's even harder when i have the munchies! but i have some filling low cal snacks that will help, like a diet coke, and a sweet potato with i can't beleive it's not butter spray. 200 cals! or a 3 musketeers bar. tonight i'm reting peaches roasted in cinnamon and dipped in low fat vanilla ice cream! only 28 calories in a peach. and sometimes i eat real light during the day and save enough calories so i can have 2 snickers bars. these are the things i feel have helped me! what is your status? how much do youweigh, and what was your starting point?
 
after this, i'm starting a 130's group! that'll feel great! who's with me? i hope to get there by july!
 
I just wanna say a 140's group is the best group ever!
I just went from 162 to 143 and I am so proud of myself. I wanna be in the mid 120's but that will take a bit more time. This group is totally going to help me get there!

Everyone here has done such a good job losing their weight and inspriing others to lose more!!

Could someone please tell my why I havent been to this site since March?

can i join? i was 147.6 at last weigh in. im doing the 2lbs a week challenge, but any extra sources of motivation would be great.
i have lost about 74 lbs and looking to lose between 25 - 35 more lbs(im only 5` 1"), which ill reassess when i get to the upper limits of my healthy weight range. slim

only about 15lbs till i reach a healthy weight

This site gives me the extra motivation I need to get going on my weightloss. I am the type the goes hard core for a few months then loses interest.
I am working up to starting it hard core again.. who knows..

sorry i havent written in a while (been working on my thesis and stuff) anyways i want to wish you all well! I reached 139:) :) You can do it! I just worked out more and cut out junk (all the time)
 
That's the thing to do. Cut out junk food and fried foods. Basically all the really good stuff that gives me that guilty feeling when I eat it...lol
It is really not that bad when ya get on the scale and see results.
I can do it!! And so can all of you!!

I haven't been around much, I'm sorry I haven't been as supportive as I should have been.

I'm almost out of here though. No offense, but I'm hoping to be gone tomorrow or the next day. I'm at 140.8 now!!!
 
hi all. snap, im at 140.8lbs too and hope to be out of here very shortly also. probably could have done a bit better this month, but my eating went a bit haywire a bit too frequently. not complaining though. slim

I'm stuck at 141 right now, hopefully we'll make it to the 130's soon!
 
I'm well into this group, not getting out of it too soon. I'm still 147.5 so I still have a good 4 or 5 weeks in here. But it's ok because it's better than being in the 150s right? lol
 
Hi. Can I join your group? I hope to not be here for too long but I feel like I've hit a bit of a plateau which isn't much fun since I've been trying so hard. As of today I'm at 145.3 (65.9kgs) and yesterday I was 144.4 (65.4kgs). Hopefully I'll be going down from now on.
 
Well it looks like I'm the only one in this group now!:( Never mind. I won't be here for much longer. As of this morning I'm down to 64.2kgs or 141.54. Yay. I'll be joining the 130s group soon. :jump:
 
I'm still here... I weighed myself in the afternoon and was at 141.2 so 130's is getting close again! No vacation or excuses in my way this week so 139 within the next few days is my goal. Xserenx let's make it to the 130's together!:jump:
