When are you gonna start and can I jion?

It starts Nov 10th, and I will start the sign up thread a week before. Anyone can join. If you read a post of mine on pg 2 it explains how it will work.:)

To get your points for exercise, you have to exercise a total of 3hrs (180min) each week. So you can do 6-30min workouts, or 3-60min workouts, etc. However works best for you. Each week will have an additional bonus.
 
Man I am so on for this challenge!!!
I had to set a new mini-goal as I busted outta my old one.
My new one ends on Christmas so the timing is absolutley perfect!!!
 
I love the individual then to teams idea!

I think I will have to join in even though I haven't done so great in the Halloween Challenge... I'm consistent & log in at least even if I haven't lost! :)

I need something to keep me in check during those days where the bird isn't the only one who gets stuffed! I know I will eat whatever Thanksgiving, no sense in not enjoying life, but there is no need to go wild every other day just because "its the holidays".

I'm ready to kick butt in this challenge. I have done pretty well in the HC challenge but not nearly as well as i had hoped in the exercise department. So this will give me the accountability and motivation, i need to continue on with this journey to changing my habits and all during the holidays.

Glad to hear there is so much interest. I'm excited about this, too. I think it's gonna be great.

I'll start the thread where you copy and paste your stats on Nov 8th, and people will have until Nov. 13th to join. Contest starts on Nov. 10th.
 
I'm going to join!

I wasn't going to since I didn't lose weight on this last challenge, but then figured at least the Halloween challenge motivated me to workout - among other things.

I'm also participating in the November 2lbs a week challange- and what a challenge it will
be as I rarely lost 1lb a week in teh halloween challenge lol. But i figure I need the extra motivation for Thanksgiving and the holiday season.

ME to and hoping this will help with thanksgiving,I know I am going to eat that day if I can just narrow it down to 1 home instead of the usual 3-4 lol!

I am exited as well to do this Christmas challenge. Originally I was not going to sign up since I am very close to my goal, but I am going to extend that goal just a tiny bit...
Absolutely love the idea of individuals for 3 weeks and teams for the next 3. Very fair!!

I was also thinking about having an individual winner as well--just some extra motivation for people--even if your team isn't doing well, you still have a chance to win the individual. :)
 
I think I'd like to do this. I enjoy working for a team, instead of just myself (as I can excuse myself, but my team members won't!) so I think I would do well.

I also like calling it a holiday challenge instead of christmas, since it covers thanksgiving as well!

I also like Jingle Scales for a team name.

Okay, so I read through everything and as much as I am afraid to fail (big thing with me), I think I'll end up joining. I don't think that I'll be able to let my teammates down, so that'll keep me going. And freakin lord knows that I need some extra motivation! :D
