Im feeling run down today. This is usually how i feel before i get sick so i decided (it took a lot of convincing) to not workout today.
I still have to work so its not like i wont be doing anything physical. I just hope i dont get sick again.
Sorry to hear that Wes. What do you "feel" like? Lethargic, no energy, head ache, sickly, what?
Do not feel bad about missing a workout (I know you don't make a habit of it when you do feel well), so missing this one workout isn't going to make or break your potential progress.
