Conditioning
25min (bicycle)

Work last night was a good workout. Very similar to 5 hours of sand bag training. I loaded for 3 and a half hours where i have to deadlift boxes, then stack them in walls. Then at the end of the night i unloaded for an hour and a half which means i had to clean and press boxes off the ground and onto rollers about shoulder level or so. We do this with one 10 minute break so its a decent workout. Typical night except i usually do one or the other.

You can get all the rest you want, when you are dead. In the meantime, keep pushing yourself to the limit. Ok ok, enough of that. If you believe in that, you may put yourself to the grave that much sooner. Push yourself and to the limit but listen to your body.

Forearms
Superset / 3 sets:
Wrist Roller (B)
Wrist Roller (A)

Leverage Bar Twist 2 sets 10 reps
Grippers 4 sets 20 reps

A whole workout devoted to forearms? Wow that is serious. Why do you isolate those?
Its my back off week and i didnt have much energy to do a full workout, but i still wanted to work my forearms.

I isolate the forearms and wrists mostly cuz i have small, weak forearms and it takes a lot of work to make them stronger and or more muscular.

The other reason is that i want forearms like Bruce Lee. He had the sickest forearms ever and they say he could he take a person down just by grabbing his arm and squeezing.

I got a bit carried away with the pics but heres what i mean. FWIW these pics arent the best, but the really good ones arent online.

When are you posting some pics of yours? I never thought of forearms. But I can see where Bruce has some enviable ones. That bicep of his is great too! I loved that article about his ab stuff in M&F. Good stuff.
