100 oz of water - exercise none :O Im having problems withthe Elliptical again - the screw and or bolt or the combo - all it does is squeak and the bolt loosens - so I am too tired to fight with it tonight and figure it out but the squeaking is enough to drive me crazy - like nails on a chalk board - so I tried one whole whoopin mile on the Elliptical *grumble* *Grumble* *Grumble* LOL
 
9.5 miles Elliptical...52 oz of water...75 min walk = 3 miles another 36 oz of water so 92 oz + 16 = 108

Last Monday I weighed in at 207.4 this Monday I am weighing in at 205.6 - so that is down 1.8 lbs from Monday to Monday - not to shabby

*AHEM* Clears throat loudly - Ive actually been checkin in - were have you been ??? LOL
 
Howdy geeesh I am the slacker now (smacks self lol) I will survive though it is monday and I am back in full speed now.I am planning on going for a walk and my food is good kinda on the low side?
Healthy turkey sandwhich (200 cals)
lowfat chochlate milkshake from UDF (?????CALS 3 GRAMS FAT)
3 serv mixed veggies (115 cals)
1 lean cuisine lasagna w/2 mini chicken patties(280 cals)
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals)
1 hostess 100 calorie pack mini cream filled cupcakes(100 cals)
1150-1250???????calories
Exersices ?????
water I drank 128 ozs
 
yesturday - 118 oz of water and walked/jogged at the track for 45 mins pushing my little 40 some odd lber in the stroller
 
Wow girl you are on fire!! I weighed in at 190 again..............I guess thats what I get for my weekend fiesta!:rolleyes: I will have it gone in no time!!
I managed to get a mini walk of a mile it was so cold by the time I got out!
I did some crunches and squats to.

Mon - 205.6 Wed - 205.8 - LOL - I actually went up a lb yesturday so even though Im intially up from Mon Im still happy abt it - LOL
 
Mon - 205.6 Wed - 205.8 - Fri - 205.2 - slow weight loss week - Ive been indulging a bit this week and I didnt exercise Weds or Thurs - LOL- been a bit of a lazy ass (-.6)
 
Wow girl your doing great congrats on your weightloss!Here are my horrible #'s doo to my weekend munchie and bad eating habbits!Mon 191 Weds 190 Fri 189 going back down but when I look at the big picture I was 188 in NOV I should be in the 160's by now geeeesh :rolleyes:
 
That is why we are doing htis to get you back on track - Im not perfect but i seem to have found the system that works for me

I suffer from that too Tammy...the "i should be there by now, not here" believe me I know! But we gotta move past that kind of thinking.

I had 3 serv egg sub for breakfast(115)
I had a healthy loaded baked potatoe lunch(175)
1 slimfast PB bar(120 cals)
1 apple+peanutbutter(190)
1250 calories estimated pretty close tho
I walked 2.5 miles tonight and it was relaxing but fun and still felt the workout to. :) we are going to do this
 
I hyavent been doing to great Tammy - havent been feelign well and ate out twice yesturday - I am droppin weight consistantly and not eatin a whole hell of alot ... I hope to get back on track next week with water and exercise :)

 
Ok girl your exersicing is totally off the charts what strength you have!! You must eat didn't you tell me this when I was eating 1100 cals which by the way don't look in my diary lmao..:p
I hope you feel better and congrats on your weightloss I wish I felt like I wasn't hungry I am hungry or craving 24/7 have a good nights sleep Tammy
 
LOL ya Tammy - I did and *ahem* I ate this weekend tha tis for sure - I am 206.8 this am - nasty but i enjoyed my weekend - I haven tgone up like this or had a gian in awhile - but Im not kickin myself - I had a very eat out weekend - I did fell wiht my choices just didnt drink enough water and such and i ate late last night
