I hope your feeling better girly!!!!! Well I gained a freaking lb so
from here on out I am going to watch everything I put in my mouth
I am on strict mode.Let the games begin cuz I am pissed and so ready to
do this.I hope everything is going well with you,Tammy
Breakfast--sleep
Lunch 1 healthy made turkey sandwhich on wheat w/ mustard and a 100 cal bag of baked cheetos(280 cals 6 fat)
Snack apple (100 cals 0 fat)peanut butter(90 cals 5 fat)
Dinner chicken breast lemon pepper baked 1 bake potatoe FF Cheese and sour cream mixed veggies(400 cals 6 fat)
Snack weight watchers cookie doe sundae(150 cals 4 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1110
EXERSICE 20 minutes of shovling icey snow I will report more later
 
Monday 45 minutes exersices 1100 Calories
Tuesday egg sub w/chedder 1 slice lite wheat toast
1 lean cuisien chicken club pinini
1 lean cuisine lasagna w/2 mini chciken patties
2 sers mixed veggies
20 grapes
1 weight watcher cookie sundae

Sorry I didnt check in last night I didnt get home till 6 oclock had to run the kids out and then I didnt get to daycare till 7pm :( *UGH* At least my friend watches her and she had sushi waiting for dinner :)

Monday I was 208.2
Friday I am 207.4 - I am actually up .4 lbs this morning :(LOL
That is only .8 lbs but I weigh myself daily and montioir and i am in the 2 lb a week feb challenege - anyway - lol

This doesnt make alot of sence to me as I lost 3.6 lbs from last thursday to this thursday maybe I am just tired , lol

Anyway that is my weigh in Next week I want to post Monday weights and then check in on Wednesday with weight and offically weigh in on Friday

I know that happeneds alot with me and scales to thats why I like to weigh in as less as possible,yesterday was the 1st day I didn't hop on the scale in a long time.I weighed in at 190 so that's 4 lb lost,congrats to you to on your weight loss. So weigh in day's are

I know calories were low but I slept till noon and left so all the food listed I ate between 2-8 I am going to add some stationary bikeing will add totals in the morning.

Tammy Ive been wella dn such just no time to record it down on paper or here - trust me - lOL - anyhoo - I weighted in at 207.4 on Monday and went to to 208.8 yesturday adn down to 207 - today :)
 
Ok Tammy starting today - I will post my water intake and exercise - Im not recording food just dont have hte time or energy - im not being bad - my diet has been great - just limited time - but i wanna support youa dn help ya out and show you I am here for ya - so I will record my water intake and exercise daily here - sound like a plan stan !!!

congrats to ya 1 bl is awesome!! I weighed in at 188 i lost 2 but i am
eating not so healthy today i will make up for it.....
