1)Weigh in every 3 days
2)Complete a minimum of 15 miles on Elliptical every 3 days
3) Eat within a healthy calorie range
4) Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
5) Eat minimum of5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
6) report food/water and exercise here daily
