6 weeks Challenege

1)Weigh in every 3 days
2)Complete a minimum of 15 miles on Elliptical every 3 days
3) Eat within a healthy calorie range
4) Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
5) Eat minimum of5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
6) report food/water and exercise here daily

here are my goals.......:)

6 WEEK CHALLANGE


Check weight every 3 days to stay on track
Complete atleast 30 minutes of exersices 5 days a week
Eat no more than 1350 calories a day
Drink tons of water
No weekend cheating (this is a big 1)
Eat 2-4 servs of fruits and veggies
no eating after 8pm
Report daily here

So yesturday I ate abt 1500 cals I figured, when I did them up I was at abt 1100 for the day but I forgot I ate 10 tim bits...*AHEM**Clears Throat* I ate all my fruit and veggies and I drank 84 oz of water adn I went to Curves for 30 mins, did 50 mins of Yoga and 4 miles on the Elliptical...
 
LAMO................OMG I must have wrote what I ate everywhere but here this being 1 of the most important places!
Here is yesterdays and I will record todays later tonight do to I have a party and some errons to run! I am siked girly.....Hope your having a wonderful day

Hey CHicky - sorry, yesturday and the last few days have been crazzzy - plus ive come down with a cold, it has hit me pretty hard...I will check in later with my totals and menu:) Weigh in tomorow or Mon ???
 
Hey you I am sick, I gained a lb and I am hardly doing anyhtign, I am not counting cals or really eatin much or well, also not exercising...give me a couple of days, however, today i will try to count my cals adn Im goign to try to go to Curves..we will see how I fair at work today...
 
Howdy Cinder I gained like a lil less than a 1/2 lb so I am leaving it at
192 still :rolleyes: ! I need to get back into strict mode thats how I kick
azz and LOSE LOSE LOSE! Try not to work to hard at work that is ;) !
