OK, a brief catch-up on this weeks training;
Monday was a public holiday here so I didn't train that day
Tuesday was the quads focus day, I upped the weight this week on both the 4x5 squats and the 4x15 SL squats (performed on the leg sled due to squat rack beng occupied) by 5kg to 429lbs and 77lbs respectively
Wednesday was chest focused, moved bench up from 198 to 209, the cable chest flys were done at 132
Today - Hamstrings - I wore gloves for the first time, I didn't really get on with them very well, they worsened my grip, they probably take getting used to but I had to drop the weight down to 286 for 4x5. There's more in the tank though and as soon as I get the hang of wearing gloves that figure will go back up again
I'm having trouble getting my calories back up where they need to be, my stomach has got out of the habit of eating all the time
