10 times a week! sounds awesome! Do you have time for that? Any idea how it will be split up?

Tony hasn't started work on it yet I don't think. The times are Mon-Fri, long session before work and 30-35 minutes during lunch. He doesn't have to use all those slots of course but I have a feeling he's gonna want to.

While I've been cutting things like squats have left me sore for days so I'm really going to hit the calories hard while on this program
 
yeah. I've always wanted to try out something like one longer session and one short each day. Sounds really cool!
 
I had to travel to the other end of the country for a training day so I moved tuesday's training to today

The other end of the country????? Isn't that like 27 miles???? :yelrotflmao:

starting this weekend I'm going on a monster bulk and I'm going to get real big.

OK, I promised a few progress pics so here they are. I'm not pleased with them as I think I've lost muscle during the last month or so while i've been trying to cut

I won't scare you with the leg pics right now because they suffred the worst from the cut but this should be the last time you see me so skinny as I'm starting a monster bulk right now

Sorry about the lack of posting, I can't post my training while at work as it takes too long and things keep popping up at home preventing me from logging on in the evening

I'm still training though and now I've hit the calories again I'm back up to 220lbs and showing strength gains again in just 1 week
 
OK, a brief catch-up on this weeks training;
Monday was a public holiday here so I didn't train that day

Tuesday was the quads focus day, I upped the weight this week on both the 4x5 squats and the 4x15 SL squats (performed on the leg sled due to squat rack beng occupied) by 5kg to 429lbs and 77lbs respectively

Wednesday was chest focused, moved bench up from 198 to 209, the cable chest flys were done at 132

Today - Hamstrings - I wore gloves for the first time, I didn't really get on with them very well, they worsened my grip, they probably take getting used to but I had to drop the weight down to 286 for 4x5. There's more in the tank though and as soon as I get the hang of wearing gloves that figure will go back up again

I'm having trouble getting my calories back up where they need to be, my stomach has got out of the habit of eating all the time
 
Monday wasn't completely wasted though, I put my daughter to good use for lifting and cardio

It was my daughters 4th birthday party today and none of the kids ate any of the food so I've basically spent all day eating junk food, not good!
 
I am glad to hear you are not happy with the progress. Now I get to say to you what has been said to me.

ARE YOU FF'n stupid, or just plain old blind? You looked healthy and strong. BUT know you look like a player! Look at the "fitness look" you have dude.

Look at how your bicepts have cut in... you had that big wide back, but it was "fatty" now you have a "V" muscle look.

I would pick you to be on my team, and you would "get the ball."

Anyway, not enough time to post whole workout but just had to tell you all that the intensity is back

Squating day today and I did the 4x5 @ 352 and 4x15 single leg @ 176, both PR's by a long way and I don't think I've ever sweated so much in my life, I even had trouble walking up the stairs out of the gym

On the 3rd rep of the 3rd set my right leg buckled though, I was pushing up with my right knee pointing towards the left knee. I honestly thought I was going over but I got it back up, composed myself and carried on
 
I've just hit 3,000 Kcals for the day at 6pm, I'll be aiming for 5k before bed so I think I'm getting back on top of the eating
 
Do you guys have Lelly Kelly shoes for Kids in the US? They were the only thing my daughter really wanted for her birthday. She's 4 years old and they cost £45! ($90)
