Hi Cassie! I haven't been here in ages either, sorry. Thanks for visiting me. I know all about being stuck (as I'm sure you've seen) and at least with me, it's complacency that's holding me back, I'm really not pushing myself. I don't know whether you're pushing yourself, but you should ask that question anyway. Your food is fine, so if you don't have enough time to work out much, just put a few 30 second "all-out" sprints into your workouts (3-5 minutes apart) and that could rev you up just enough.
