Mornin' y'all!

Korrie, it was an INSANE day!! LOL But I slept in 'til 5 this mornin' and took my time gettin' things done :D I felt like I was eatin' all day!! LOL


Jess! LOL I stuck the fruits and beets in my juicer and drank it :D LOL it was really good :)


Well, off to do more dishes and get the house picked up - at MY pace, of course :p :D LOL
 
You put beets in your juicer? Yuck! :p

Slept IN until 5! Oh yeah, that's so late! :rolleyes: You know what. I couldn't go to sleep last night for some reason. It was probably after midnight before I finally feel asleep and then I woke up at 6!

I will definitely try sending you some sunshine. It is 80 something here and it needs to cool off a little! :D

Nutty Buddy, 5 is my "standard" wake time and I usually can't sleep beyond that for some reason. I don't set my alarm or anything, I just automatically wake up :eek: This mornin' I slept until 630 but to do that I had to stay up until midnight myself :rolleyes: And YES beets in the juicer! LOL If you put a bunch of fruits in with you can't taste the beets! LOL Thanks for the sunshine :D Its sunny right now for the first time in a WEEK!!! I'll take some of that temp off your hands if ya want, too! LOL ITs a HIGH today of 55 :rolleyes:


Well last nights dinner was a "taco salad" bringing yesterdays total points to 23. I'm not really worried about a single point so I left it. I got in all of my water (thank goodness) thanks to all the hot sauce I put on my breakfast and lunch :rolleyes: I deliberately made it too hot so I MADE SURE to get in all my water! LOL Works like a charm :p:D

Well, off to forage. OH! BTW, yesterday was an absolutely "get-nothing- accomplished" day! I was SOOOO BORED! It was great! :D hehehehe

I am working on sending you some of this heat. I don't want it! ;) Especially since our air conditioner seems to be acting nuts. (Like everything else around here! Lol!)
 
LOL Well, Nuthead, the heat didn't hit here today :rolleyes: Darn it! LOL

Mama and Daddy came to dinner - we celebrated our anniversaries (they're the same day) since we couldn't do it on the day :D It was REALLY yummy :D I cooked so it was a healthy version of Chicken Francais MMMMMMM :D

ANYWAY..

Hit my points exactly today and got in all of my water (thanks to hot sauce on everything I ate so I was sure to :D)

Now to weigh in tomorrow.... I HOPE, HOPE, HOPE I have made it into the 170's this week!!!!
 
I bet you did make it into the 170s! I'm going to be so jealous! ;)

I sure wish that heat had went to you! I'll try again tomorrow. :D Chicken francais sounds wonderful. I think I'm gonna have to talk you into making me a cookbook of all of these healthy recipes you have! ;)
 
Nutty Buddy, I DIDN'T make it :( I am SOOO bummed! I only lost .1 pounds!!!! I am at 181.2 !!! This is REALLY gettin' old :( Oh well, guess I'll have to try even harder this week.

I'll take the heat any time you wanna send it :D Its supposed to rain AGAIN today. No really amount of sunshine until tomorrow and then its only supposed to hit 55 - 60 all week this week :rolleyes:

OHHH it WAS good :D It wouldn't he hard to make you a "cookbook" since I am already in the process of making one and its all on CD ;) I have over 50 cookbooks and am taking some recipes from them before I get rid of them. I am also putting in my own and family recipes (right now there are over 200 recipes). If you want one let me know :D


Well, am SOOO bummed about my weigh in. It burns my tushie that I have been (basically) at the same weight for three whole weigh-ins :( I SOOO want to get to the 170's! I am starin' 'em in the face but the 180's won't let me go!! *sigh* Am gonna try EXTRA hard this week. I HAVE to get there! :D
 
Don't beat yourself up cassie!! I was stuck for a month, and I wanted to cry, but I just kept pushing- and I finally got outta that plateu. Don't worry, your food looks great and so does your water, good things are comin :) What are you doing for your workouts? I upped my cardio by ten to fifteen minutes and pushed a little harder on the levels.. maybe you just need to up it??
Anyways- have a great day, don't let it get to you that the scale wasn't your best friend today... thats why you have us :D
 
Hey Nutty Buddy! Don't feel alone. I'm not losing anything these days either. :rolleyes: The 200s seem to like me so much, they just don't want to let me go! :rolleyes:

If the cookbook has healthy (and good ;) ) recipes in it, I'm all for it! :D

Jess, I JUST got off a previous plateau about a month ago and am seriously gonna be mad if I don't weigh at least 180 by next weigh in. As for exercise, well, with 4 jobs ( 1 FT & 3 PT) I don't have the time I used to :eek: I am working on reducing the PT jobs to 2 but am not sure how long that will take :rolleyes:

Nutty Buddy, you'll kick those 200's in the butt really soon, I KNOW it! :D The cookbook is 90% healthy recipes and the others can be healthy with just a couple "educated" substitutes :D I'll send one your way :D I promise it won't hurt ya ;)


Well, not much for now. Hubby is almost home (talked to him on the CB) so I'm gonna get a start on their dinner - and figure out what mine is... not much for me. I'm not really hungry (now thats a first in a while!! LOL) but I will eat my points (or close to) :D
 
Hey Nutty Buddy! I'm already mad that I'm just stalling! Really gets on my nerves! I really think you are going to suddenly drop below 180 so don't give up! Suck down that water!
 
I'm sorry you didnt' make your goal hun. You have to keep at it! Don't even think about giving in (Iknow your not)

Hi Cassie! I haven't been here in ages either, sorry. Thanks for visiting me. I know all about being stuck (as I'm sure you've seen) and at least with me, it's complacency that's holding me back, I'm really not pushing myself. I don't know whether you're pushing yourself, but you should ask that question anyway. Your food is fine, so if you don't have enough time to work out much, just put a few 30 second "all-out" sprints into your workouts (3-5 minutes apart) and that could rev you up just enough. I've just started adding them to my workout, so I'll let you know how they go. Have a good week!
