lol what do your dog and bird do that make you cuss them out so bad? Though I imagine it must be at least a little funny to watch ;)

You're doing so awesome Cassie, it's workin' into my motivation cycle! I gotta go do some Turbo Jam now just to keep up!

Hi Beagle :D I am SURE it must be funny to WATCH LOL but at the time I want to wring their f&^*^g necks!!! hehehehe See, the bird doesn't like the fast moves and the dog wants to play, so the small parrot screams while the dog gets under my feet. Now, none of this would bother me EXCEPT while the bird screams, I come out of a round-house kick ON TOP OF THE DOG and fall over, landing on the vacuum and bouncing on to the floor!! LOL I can laugh now but, boy, I was hell on wheels for a while there!!!! :p :D It just makes me mad when I am on a roll and then lose momentum b/c of others. I am such a meanie!!! LOL I have to admit, it must have been comical

Well, I am really pleased with how today went. I surprised my self :D I drank all of my water, got in my exercise and my calories were 245 less than my daily goal. Here's hoping, if I keep on this trend, the scale budges in a big way come monday :D

Rest of Toadies food for today....

2 eggs (whole) scrambled (with water)
6 oz Lean ham steak

Total calories for the day.... 1055
exercise 30 minutes tae-bo advance ( love that caffine!!)

Oh yeah! That was the funniest thing I've pictured in a LONG TIME!!! Ha! I'm still laughing about it! :D

Looks like you did awesome today! Keep it up (just don't trip over the dog ;))!

Maybe next time you should put them both in another room and make sure they stay there! I wouldn't want you to crack your head or anything while exercising, I'd miss you too much :(

LOL Thanks Paula!! :p :D hehehe Well, I have decided, from now on, to hook the dog up inside or kick him out on the porch and shut the door. Also to cover our little parrot to shut his feathery mouth

Okay- it took me a while, but i posted pics of our menagerie - now you SEE what I trip over, rant about, feed, play with, drop kick in my mind, etc.! LOL I love 'em but somedays it just doesn't pay!! :D

will be back tomorrow :D

hehehe thanks Beagle! :D i was working on posting pics as you visited me :D See that tan lump of Fur?!!! THAT is the walking trip-ya-up! LOL If I cracked my head, he'd just lick me to death to finish me off!!! hehehehe He's a lovable lump of fur, though :D

Great animals! We have a menagerie of our own: two dogs and a cat. Our golden retriever would do better in your climate, though. We are constantly having to shave her cuz she gets so warm. She ends up with these hideous hot spots. Our pointer, however, would prefer the desert. She shivers when the temp dips below 70. LOL!

Cassie, I was laughing my arse off thanks for that!! :p You are doing great, but seriously.. :) lol, we REALLY don't want you to get hurt. My dogs go biserk too when I do my Biggest Loser DVD! The largest one (46lb beagle) think its a game I'm going to play with him while I"m doing my moves, like jumping an imaginary jump rope in place he starts jumping up on me. I could surely trip over him too. Kicked him a few times accidentally too! So if I yell enough he stays away. No other room to put him in!! So... do be careful !!! :) Hehe..but its still freakin hilarous!!! (sorry!) :D

Hi all! HH, LOL na, wouldn't do nothin' like that - no acorns in the house :p :D hehehehe I think hubby cut down the oak trees in the livingroom ;) KIDDING!!! :D

MO2, we shave our monster fuzz ball in the summer. He looks like a grown up version of Simba the lion! hehehe We leave his "mane" and a "ball' on his tail and he hides for the first two or three days out of embarrassment! LOL Poor thing.

NewLeaf, go ahead and laugh :D I do NOW - it really is funny after the fact. I told Sis about the incident and i thought she was gonna go into labor over it she was laughing so hard!!! hehehehe I have accidentally kicked the poor dog - once so hard I'm surprised he actually got up. Round house kicks don't look like much but when you put your all into it and the object you hit is really close - well, i bet it REALLY is a shocker!! LOL

Well, I was supposed to babysit 3 tots today from noon until 10pm. Hubby had planned on us going to visit his family in NY - a two hour ride away. I ended up staying home to tot-sit and he took the dog and went ( he really doesn't handle small children well, especially these three). he got halfway there when i got a call - I wasn't needed after all  I haven't seen my in-laws since before thanksgiving!!!!! I really like his family - they remind me a lot of my favorite aunt and uncle - and I REALLY would liked to have gone. Oh, well, since he's spending the night there I get today and tomorrow morning to myself to relax I guess. One thing about him being gone - I won't have to make cookies, pudding, or make a "man" dinner (the boys and his version of "meat and potatoes". Last night, that piggy had me make pudding. Not just ANY pudding - mocha pudding! Get this, he had me MELT DOWN a pint of coffee ice cream to use in place of the milk for the pudding. THEN HE ADDED COCOA PUFFS CEREAL TO IT FOR CRUNCHIES!!!!! He ate the WHOLE THING!!! Then, an hour later (pudding at tenish), he had an over-grown bowl of cocoa puffs and milk with the rest of the breakfast cookies I made!!!! Stinkin' hog! He had the nerve to complain that we were out of whole milk for his coffee this morning and he had to "suffer" with powdered creamer  Oh no!! Calamity! Yeesh!

Okay, outrageous tirade over :p :D Toadies food so far today.....

yogurt
skim milk
slice light wheat bread w/ 1T PB

Ham "club" sandwich on light wheat with turkey bacon and lettuce
Skim milk

***still 100 calories under daily "scheduled" calories :D

I don't think you would need the acorns if you have the dog underfoot! :p You know those stupid things are still there. My hubby went to thank the lady that helped us the other day, and she told him that someone who lives there fell and sprained their ankle. Those people who own that place really make me mad!

My goodness! I cannot believe your hubby eats that much at a time. That is a lot. Maybe after you have lost a lot of weight and he sees how healthy you are getting, he will take a hint from you. ;)

LOL HH, U R 2 funny!!! hehehe Actually, I am more concerned about the dog! If I fell on him I would break his puny 110# self right in twain!!!!;) I can't believe those acorns are still there! Do they not realize that it is a MAJor health hazard!?!?! How is the lawsuit coming with those jerks, anyway? I say get the person who sprained their ankle in there as a "witness" and anybody else who might live there. Kids could get hurt and little old ladies! People like that really make me angry - those not concerned with the safety of the children and elderly, let alone the general public.

The food thing with hubby, well, he's a 6'2" stick! There is no pudge on him anywhere and I can't tell him it will catch up with him in his "old age" 'cause he's already 44! :p :D LOL I think he's the "female" in this house with his constant chocolate cravings, etc. I think he got my share of them in addition to his own! hehehehe Ya know, I don't wish the constant struggle with weight on anybody, but for once I wish he could go through it for a while to see where I am coming from..... I have gotten used to my limited calories and food choices, it really doesn't bother me like it used to, but it DOES bother me to watch my family eat the foods the "must" have. Not b/c I am jealous but b/c I keep picturing how much fat is in that food (via mental Crisco) - it makes me naseaus!

Well, the rest of my food for today.....

caesar salad - light caesar dressing, lean ham, fresh parm., lettuce
skim milk

total calories for today.... 1195 :D wooHoo!

exercise for today - none (I played PS@ golf ALL day since nobody was here to beg or b*&%h  )

water: ALL OF IT :D

heres to a night of relaxation and "spa treatment" - although I am kind of nervous w/o the dog..... I know it sound awful, but since I moved out at 17, I have only spent 3 or 4 nights alone in a house!! First moved in w/ a friend, then Gramma, then Ex, then it was me and the kids, then hubby...... Ain't I such a WIMP!?!?!!!! hehehehe

Hey Bize...you're doing great! Enjoy your night alone! Sounds wonderful to me. No one complaining or moping about. We all need those nights of relaxation! :) Have a great weekend!

Cassie,
We got the paperwork from the attorney, but I have a few questions about it before I send it back in. I am waiting for him to call me back so I can get some answers before I sign it and send it back in. For instance, they have portions of it highlighted where they want to know about our insurance, as in automobile insurance - uninsured motorist, liability - and the "tortfeasor's" insurance. What the heck! We didn't have a car wreck! And how would I know anything about their insurance!

My hubby is pretty skinny too, although he does have somewhat more of a belly than he used to. When we met, he only wore a size 26 in pants! But he still talks about how fat he is, and he is skinnier than me! Makes me so mad when he starts on that!

I know what you mean about being nervous about being in the house by yourself. I have never lived alone either. I went from grandma's house, to boyfriend's parent house, to my own house with my baby, to having hubby with me.

You are doing great with your food! Keep up the good work!

Hi all :D Fluff and NewLeaf, I did enjoy my time alone ( I did absolutely NOTHING!!! That doesn't happen often  ) BUT it turned out I didn't have to be alone all night. Hubby changed plans and drove home last night. He walked in around 11:30 pm and we chatted for a bit before turning into pumpkins. I am not sure what made him change his mind, or that I really minded much, but when he called me on the CB at 10pm - well, I could have done without that since I had to race to the mike from my room before he gave up on me! LOL He's lucky he caught me up - I had taken a caffine pill w/ my ibuprofen to see if my headache would go away. It kept me up for hours! LOL NEVER will do that at night again!!! LOL ( And I STILL have the danged headache! ).

HH, hubby is a 32X30 - they are a little too big but he refuses to buy smaller pants! His "skinniness" bothers him as much as my weight bothers me - he's tried to gain weight but can't. He told me a while ago that this is the heaviest he's been and its only b/c I "make" him eat so much  AND WHAT DOES AUTO INSURANCE HAVE TO DO WITH BREAKING YOUR LEG???? cripe, you weren't hit by a car, you were felled by acorns!!! hehehehhe Besides, if the property owners lease/ rent their land, shouldn't they have an insurance that covers something like this????? yee gads! What boneheads! I hope it gets taken care of soon - in your favor.

Well, seein' as hubby came home late, we went to bed really late and I slept in until 5"30am. Man that felt good! I had to be really quiet though as hubby slept until around 9am. We had a friend come over today and we had a Scrabble tourney and a PS2 golf tourney - soon, they are going to have an auto race via PS2. Boys and their toys!

So far Toadie has been good....

FF yogurt
egg sandwich

skim milk
1/2 of a (turkey) BLT, dry, made with light bread
7 quakes rice snacks

right on schedule with my water ( have to suck it down as tomorrow is weigh day  )

Planned for dinner:

salmon fillets and broccoli with a homemade, low fat, hot and spicy General Taos sauce - I love General taos chicken but refuse to get it via take out since they double fry the BATTERED chicken. I taught myself how to make it at home :D

(IF I stick to dinner as planned) total calories: 1148

exercise today.... um, none unless you count braincell friction from thinkin' at Scrabble :( Its early yet ( 2pm) so I may adjust that today if company leaves in time..... I will give it every effort as the scale MUST move tomorrow or I'll send it flying! hehehehe

AMENDMENT TO ABOVE :) I just couldn't eat all my fish and sauce ( I was too full! LOL) so I added a glass of skim milk to kill the final 'heat' of the sauce (a little too much red pepper!) Total calories for day: 1152

I swear you always make me laugh! "Felled by acorns." You are too funny! I am pretty sure the acorns didn't have any liability insurance, and I really don't think the owners car insurance is going to work in this case! :D

That was so sweet of your hubby coming home early. He was probably missing you!

Good luck with weigh in tomorrow! If the scale starts flying tomorrow, make sure everyone gets out of the way! :D

ROFL Oh man! HH, I didn't mean to make YOU sound like an oak tree! LOL OMG too funny!!!!! The acorns don't have insurance, but have you checked out their parents! :p :D And you never know - maybe their car HIT the oak trees to MAKE the acorns fall on the ground, to get under your feet, to make you fall, to break your leg, to see what they could see!!! hehehehe :D

I don't know if hubby was missin' me  I hope he was, but he doesn't tell me these things.... If i had to guess, I'd say it was b/c he sleeps better in his own bed. Oh well.

If the scale starts to fly, I'll be joining you - out of commission! The damnible thing has to be made of Cassie-proof glass. I mean really, I can stand on it w/o cracking it! :p :D Don't worry, the coast will be clear in our house, i just pity anybody outside! hehehe It is only a mobile home, it won't take much to go through the wall and since the scale is so sturdily construted...... well, I'll let YOU finish that one! hehehehehe I hope that thing shows me a number I like..... I think I can, I think I can :D

Hey Bize! You are doing great on your eating! You are under 1200 calories every day! Great going!

I have a cat that looks so much like your cat. It was almost like looking at a picture of our kitty. I guess black and white cats aren't that unusual though.

I hope you have a great week. For the scales sake, I sure hope it moves in the right direction. lol. If threats work, I will threaten my scale every morning. :)

Keep up the great work!! :)

Hi Fluff :D I bet your cat isn't a 20 lb tub 'o fur though! LOL I've had Weedie since he was about 4 weeks old ( someone THREW HIM OUT in a bag). Tub d'Weedie is 16 years old now. I'll miss him so much when he goes :(

I'll let you know if the scale moves in the right direction! LOL At this point, I honestly don't know if it will. I feel so full of my water that I hope it all goes away in time  Man, I keep running to the potty tonight! LOL Between that and my caffine pill for my headache I have been on the run all day!

Good night for now ..........:)
