Hope you had a great birthday yesterday! I don't blame you enjoying it fully. No guilt. Its just one day, only comes once a year! :)
 
Yup I had a great day! I ate out and it was great! but now back to the grindstone!!
I didnt go to the gym today, but I am back with my trainer tomorrow. So thats really it, its late here so I am off to bed.
