thanks totallyscrappy! ya it was hard...the fries looked the best, but i got through it.

luckily it was a good game so i was really into it and i didnt think about food!
 
okay...and its monday again! here is what i have eaten for today

-special k with 1% fat free milk
-a pop tart (hehehe not good but tasted good!)
-six inch turkey breast sub @ subway (on whole wheat, w/mustard, NO mayo!)
-1 cup cantelope
-1 cup of honey dew melon
-3 litres of water

and I started taking xenadrine today...hope it helps !!

today is Election day in Canada, so i got out and voted, i voted conservative!

And I just got home from the gym, I had a great workout.....30 mins on treadmill (jogging and running) and 30 mins of weights.

so thats it for now!!!

good for you on the water! for me, after I got used to a gallon a day, I didnt have to pee as much. Your body adjusts to it and even craves it if it doesnt get it. Its a habit I started a long while back because of the dangerous Texas heat while walking or doing much of ANYTHING outside.

Keep it up!
 
ya heat isnt to much of an issue right now where i live (current wind cill outside is -25 Cel, which is -13 F) !

I hope I get used to the water.....I havent stopped peeing!! lol I know the water is good for me though, so I make myself drink it
 
so its 3am here right now....and I cannot sleep right now. really hyper! I think it might be the xenadrine. even though the last ones I took were lunch time.

and I guess we have a new prime minister here in Canada, Stephen Harper. Which is cool, because I voted Conservative, so I am glad he got elected.

OH MY SO HYPER!! wish i could sleep!!
 
okay so here i am still awake at 4 am...ugghh....good thing I am off tomorrow!

I am over on mcdonalds.ca looking at the nutritional calculator to see what I can have over there tomorrow without feeling to guilty!! I really want to go there for breakfast tomorrow, so I guess I will see....a sausage mcmuffin is 370 calories...not to bad. I looked up a large chocolate triple thick milkshake...and guess how many calories that has?? like 1200 calories, and 29 grams of fat!!!! ahhhhh thats nuts, so 370 calories for a mcmuffin doesnt sound to bad!
 
1200 calories in one milkshake huh? Bummer. My littlest is going to the dentist tomorrow to have a cavity filled, and I promised her we would get a milkshake from McDonalds afterwards. I was looking forward to having a sip or two or three or four (because she will never finish it on her own), but maybe now I wont. Its probably 20 calories or more a sip. Drat.
 
yup fluff it turned me off milkshakes!! lol

okay so today was a great day!! heres what I have eaten today.....

-special k/skim milk
-had chinese food for lunch (it was good too!)
-1 kiwi
-10 strawberries
- and lots of water today!

And what an intense workout tonight! I did 30 mins cardio, and I had a personal training session............I swear she is going to kill me!!
 
okay...so here it is wednesday. and have a confession! I ate out today! and it was very very good!!

so here is what I have eaten today:

-special k/ skim milk
-1 litre of water
-cheesesteak sandwich (mmmmm) from Boston Pizza!
-2 glasses of water
- 1 c. cantaulope
- 1 c. honey dew melon.
- 1 litre water

and I had a great workout tonight, 30 mins on the treadmill, incline 3.5 and 3.5 mph.

and i was on the weights as well, good workout!!
 
Sounds like you had a great day. Good job on the treadmill! I have just worked myself up to 3 mph and my legs are killing me. It will be a while, I think, until I can get to 3.5 even with no incline.

Bought my daughter that milkshake today. It was basicly a bribe to get her to the dentist without incident. Of course, she could only drink like 1/4 of it before giving up. But....I was good! I remembered your post and only had like two sips of the darn thing. They were yummy too....but not 1200 calories yummy.

You should see me on the treadmill fluff! I really want to run but I am so off balance! so I am afraid to let go and run, I can see myself going right off the treadmill! So I try to walk fast, and sometimes I get up to 4 mph walking, but I do have long legs, if that makes a difference!

So I missed breakfast this morning, ughhh. I know, I know, but I slept in and I was almost late for work, and even better, there was a nice snowstorm last night that I had to shovel out from. So I am glad to be home now!

So here is what I have had so far

Breakfast
-nada
Lunch
-I had a meal replacement shake (Chocolate)
Dinner
-frozen dinner (michalinis) bbq chicken and rice (300 cal)
-fresh fruit for dessert

I will prob have a snack tonight, like fruit, or something like that. I am going to the gym soon, for my cardio workout tonight.

I have a new thing that I have bee craving after workouts, popsicles. So I bought some last night, there are 57 calories in one, but its good!

Well thats it for now, hope everyone has had a good day!
 
Well that was a really good cardio workout.....35 mins plus a cooldown. I was walking between 3-4 mph and between 1-3 incline.

and tomorrow i will be doing cardio and weights! Cant believe tomorrow is friday already!
 
Sounds like you are doing awesome!! Not only can you walk fast, now you're throwing the incline in too. I am not worthy.... lol. :) I tried running on my treadmill once. It was a horrible thing. My 9 year old was laughing his tushie off. (note to self, dont let son watch me on treadmilll ever ever again- must keep door closed at all times). I think I will stick to walking for now.

I think popsicles are a great idea for satisfying cravings. I bought myself some low cal fudge bars (the fudge part is pretty much left up to our imagination) to eat when I cant take it anymore. It seems to help.

Keep up the great work! You have a great attitude! :)
 
Ya fluff I cant run on a treadmill yet....I will one day conquer it!! But I am doing fine now. So I missed my diary yesturday! It was a busy day, but here I am.

So far today I have had:

-yogurt for b-fast
-chicken ceasar salad for lunch

I was excited for today because I was going to take my little cousin to the Hilary Duff concert tonight here in St. John's (my cousin LOVED her), but the concert has been cancelled for some reason, my cousin is really upset, and she doesnt really understand why its cancelled, so she is mad at Hilary! But oh well.

Yesturday, I had a crazy work out with my personal trainer, she whipped my a** !! but it was worth it for sure, we are changing up my routine and adding more weights, so its all good.

I am going up to the gym later for some cardio

Okay! well I am back from the gym, well I must say I was hard at it this week with the gym, this is my sixth day this week, I am addicted to the gym. I find I am so relaxed when I am there. Its nice because I have finally found a gym where I feel like this, every other gym I used to go to I hated!

I go to a GoodLifeFitness, but it is an all womens gym, has everything all cardio equip., weights, group exercise, personal training, and a sauna! I love it.

So today I did 40 mins on the treadmill, incline between 2-3, and between 3-4 mph, it was good because there was a hockey game on tv, and the time flew!

And I did 2 sets of 12 push ups, and 2 sets of 12 crunches on the ball with a 5 lb medicin ball (or whatever they are called).

So thats it for now...I will be on tonight for sure!!;)
 
Great job on your work out. I felt tired just reading it. lol. Thats really nice that you have found a gym that you like. I have never joined a gym. Part of me is still too self conscience to do it. I think it would be nice to have access to all the different types of equipment though. Some things I just can't do as well at home. Maybe someday.

Sorry the concert was canceled. What a bummer for your little cousin. I took my daughter to see Hilary Duff in concert last year February at the rodeo here. She really liked it. She so wanted a t-shirt, but they just didnt make them small enough for her. I finally found one at like Target or somewhere that made her happy. Will the concert get rescheduled?

And its sunday....worked today, but it wasnt a very hard day. And I am not going to the gym today, I need one day off the week!

thats it so far, until dinner time, I dont know what I will be having yet. Fluff I dont think they will be rescheduling the concert, sad, but thats it. It was cancelled because her equipment couldnt get here in time or something like that!

So thats it for now, I am just relaxing watching tv. Its sunday, my 2 favorite tv shows come on tonight, Desperate Housewives and Greys Anatomy!!

And I should be getting my TiVo this week!! I cant wait!
