You should see me on the treadmill fluff! I really want to run but I am so off balance! so I am afraid to let go and run, I can see myself going right off the treadmill! So I try to walk fast, and sometimes I get up to 4 mph walking, but I do have long legs, if that makes a difference!
So I missed breakfast this morning, ughhh. I know, I know, but I slept in and I was almost late for work, and even better, there was a nice snowstorm last night that I had to shovel out from. So I am glad to be home now!
So here is what I have had so far
Breakfast
-nada
Lunch
-I had a meal replacement shake (Chocolate)
Dinner
-frozen dinner (michalinis) bbq chicken and rice (300 cal)
-fresh fruit for dessert
I will prob have a snack tonight, like fruit, or something like that. I am going to the gym soon, for my cardio workout tonight.
I have a new thing that I have bee craving after workouts, popsicles. So I bought some last night, there are 57 calories in one, but its good!
