well hello....Monday again huh? So here is what I have had today....
bfast: special k/skim milk
snack: some mini rice cakes
supper: grilled chicken breast and a salad
not much water today though.
I had a great workout at the gym today too. I was with my trainer and we did a lot of new exercises. And I did 20 mins of cardio (bike).
And tonight I had a popsicle...hehe. I am hooked on them.
So ya thats really it, an uneventful day!
