Let's see, I did 2.58 miles on the treadmill, but as per the request of Kaitie and cinderelly, I'll round up to 3 miles done on the mill and 4 miles (3.88 actual) done on the bike. New total 150 when rounding (149.57 actual total).
Yes Kaitie or why cant we just work it off in quaters - like I will push the last little bit to .25 or .5 or ya know .75 but it should be in quaters...in my opinion
And we need to figure out a cut off date - anyone have suggetion...
So I managed to get in another mile before the end of my day.
I like the .25 increment idea. Seems easy enough to add up. But I am in this however everyone else wants to do it. Just glad to be back in the game again!
last thursday: 1 hour circuit training - 2 miles
saturday: 40 minutes bike (i think it was at least 15 miles...i was going really fast lol (about 43 miles per hour according to the machine) but i'll say like i did the elliptical and put 7 miles
Sorry I haven't been much help. I ended up with a bout of Vertigo .....it was not much fun. It looks like I have a lot of catching up to do. You guys have been working hard!!!
Anyway, put me down for 1.5 miles on the treadmill this morning.
Everyone who is participating - when using the machines and adding up miles please use quaters .25, .5, .75 ...round down to to the quater if you stop inbetween please....
