I want a cut off date yes - more accomplished
Better late than never. I was so busy this weekend I didn't make it on, but add 2.5 miles for me from yesterday and 1 for today, so the new total is
60 miles
(PS--should I add my exercise from this weekend in? That would be another 6 miles)
76.5 + I did 1 mile on the treadmill and 30 minutes strength training.
How much do I count the strength training for?
