I dusted off the Elliptical adn went 30 mins - 5 miles

New Total = 38.5

I am new here...well I have been reading posts for a while...but just recently registered because I wanted to take part in your challenge, if I may.

If so, you can add 1.5 miles for my morning workout.

I forgot to add that the new total is 40 miles!

Welcome walk it off - yup just post your miles as you have and then sub total in your post so

Hmm...what would yall like to be the cut off date??Maybe sometime in April? April Fools? We would have to work our butts off!! :D
 
Did 10 minutes eliptical 1 mile 20 minutes stationary Bike 3.5 miles
Yeah I am slow tonight but I had to make myself do this much I feel
really beat down emotionally and physically.

Better late than never. I was so busy this weekend I didn't make it on, but add 2.5 miles for me from yesterday and 1 for today, so the new total is
60 miles

(PS--should I add my exercise from this weekend in? That would be another 6 miles)

Yes keep track of it and add it when you can - we beleive ya - it is all based on honesty :):):)
 
I did 300 jumps on the jump rope, which was about 3.5 minutes.. hehehe not sure if this should count for this or not..

but 3 miles on the bicycle.

62 + 3= 65
 
I did 20 minutes eliptical =3miles and crunches and squats and leg lifts and squats NEW TOTAL IS "71" MILES :D
