Well incase anyone is still reading, its still going well in my camp, heres some pics after this evenings run or should i say sprint lol, put in my best min/mile time today of 7:41 sogetting quicker, leaner and fitter!
 
No way Bob, I'm still in. In did have a few things that got me off track but I'm still in it for the long haul. I've maintained my initial loss down to 228 pounds. I had lost focus but got back on track with training last night and eating well today. So, I maintained again, now time to have the showdown for the last month. Thanks for keeping up motivated.

Now, where's focus and and aiming4165?
 
Why is this thread so quiet? I only wish I had been around for the start of this sojourn. Aside from there being quality prizes it would seem that there is a chance to build real comraderie and a valuable support group. The few that have been active have been a fantastic read.

Yep I second this. I hope to see some pretty amazing transformations, and when the next contest rolls around I'm in!
 
April prizes coming soon

Hello everyone! Again it is that time of the month where I am checking in on everyone's progress! It seems we have had quite a few people drop out - and I'm not sure if that is normally common during contests and challenges, but it's too bad cause people will definitely be missing out on the great prizes! Especially with the WLF, so training forum may be in luck for more prizes this month:)

Anyways, please post your weigh-ins in the weigh in section this week, and I will be posting the April winners early on next week. Keep up the good work though for those that have been at it the whole 4 months. It's a long haul but always worth it in the end!

Just to keep in mind as well, I will be posting the final winners the first week of May with the grand prizes.

what i have done has been far from easy, and i have been hugely dedicated, almost to a point of obsession, i feel it needs to be like this, and id advise unless your going to put 100% effort in and refuse every bad bit of food offered etc then do not even bother!

this was a change of my complete lifestyle to get this way and i intend on carrying it on as i want to see how much better i can get, not too mention the chicks will big the body!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn bobswethead, lookin' good. I see your wast has trimmed down a lot, well done. I wish I can go back in the past and change the fact that I wasn't so dedicated...Anyways, I won't dwell on it, but rather move on. I recently started low carb diet(not too low 50-100g/carbs/day) and exercising, I feel great. I will most likely stick to it this time. And to this contest, I guess I'm disqualified for not making progress? Its alright though, I know I did not stay on track this whole time and it bothers me, but I gotta focus on the present. Once again bob, good job, much improvement!
 
Final run of the contest

Alright, so we have run the contest into the first week of May. If you still need to get your before and after pictures up please do so in the next couple of days. We will be determining the contest winners over the next few days and congratulating those that have made it all the way!

For those that have been curious if we will be doing other contests in the near future, we sure will. I will be looking into doing some kind of summer slim down challenge, but further details to come!
 
OK, I made some progress, I will post my pics up tomorrow, I made some progress in the past two weeks, so I guess that can still win me something :) I can tell everyone right now, I'm down to 206 :D
 
Some Progress!

OK, as I said, here is my progress. I basically started a really good routine in the past 2.5 weeks, and it seems to be holding up. I exercised everyday(mostly running/elliptical) and stuck to a really clean diet for the 2.5 weeks(I still had my once in a while cheat meals(usually once a week).

Progress:
Start: 220 lbs. (Yes, I was 212 when I started this, climbed up to 220, now i'm at 206)
Current: 206 lbs.
Goal: 180 lbs. (Still short of the goal...)

Now for the pictures, the regular colored ones are at 220 lbs. :( The yellow ones(light bulbs switched haha) are at 206 lbs. I am happy with my progress, I think this is the longest I've ever stuck to a routine. Looks like I'm back on track :) I've also been getting some compliments like my face is thinner :cool:

I'm starting up a new thread in the progress pics part of this forum, so looking forward to making more progress ;)
