Do you have any oil that you could massage into your legs, blue? Maybe just before you go to bed ( wearing PJs). I have magnesium oil. Can you have a warm bath with salt or epsom salts in it?

Not able to have baths. I'm unable to
get myself up and down out of tub.
I can look into an oil though.

My mouth has been swelling inside-
sore gums.
Maybe been pushing it with non liquid
foods like banana and p butter.
Found a new kind of soup
yesterday on sale.
I guess liquids is my life too.

My legs are the tiniest better today.
I shopped and exercised yesterday.
I guess that was too much for them.
Not sure if I'm moving them much today.
I really need some sleep as they keep
Me awake hurting.

What the h--l can I do??
Can't eat different foods
Or exercise.
Is it going to ever get any better?

Never believe all that crap
about losing weight and exercise helps.
I have yet to see it.

Sorry for the complaining.

Been thinking back to see what was going
on in my life when I received my major
bad health diagnoses.

So high blood pressure was when
I was 19, highly active and a good weight.

Prediabetes I was eating one can of food
a day and losing weight. I can't remember my age.
In my 30s I believe. An hour a day walk daily.

Type 2 diagnosis I was in my late 40s or
early 50s. Having to walk pretty far to buy
my food. So active again.

High cholesterol in the last year. Inactive
and very obese.

So I have trouble concluding that weight or
activity levels helped any of this stuff.

And a few family examples.

An uncle who has always ate well and
exercised alot. Suffering badly with T2
diabetes. Never overweight.

A sister overweight, 100% stressed always,
drinks like a fish (alcohol), eats whatever
bad food wanted, does nothing to be healthy.
Absolutely no health issues and about
to turn 50.

It all doesn't make sense.

Why do I think I can do anything?

You can absolutely get bad diagnoses despite a healthy lifestyle. It's a lot less likely, but when your genetic predisposition is bad it can happen when it shouldn't. The thing is: being overweight and inactive will 100% make things worse. That doesn't mean it's easy to change, or that you'll suddenly be healthy if you manage to change, but it does mean that you're likely to get worse more quickly when you don't change.
I'm guessing your legs hurt because the walking for shopping plus the extra song combined was too much for you.

Yes I believe it was the shopping and exercise
and song increase.

My legs & feet ache a lot more after walking on hard surfaces like pavements.
You seem to me to be a little happier when you dance. I love dancing & listening to music. It really lifts my mood. Maybe pace yourself, Blue & if you have to shop then just shop & not dance as well.

I need also to let go of the perfection mentality.
It's not over I didn't wreck things it's still ok.
I don't have to stop because I needed to
do things differently. I didn't wreck it all.

Sooo no shopping and exercise the same day.

Your perfectly right.
It does help my mood.
And shopping and exercise Not
on the same days.

I will keep trying.
I don't want it all worse.
Somewhere it has to be helping.
I will try to hold to hold that.

Exercise - 6 songs

Food-
Homemade soup I made.
I can't remember what kind but I
used too much salt without even
using salt.

Soaking beans for a 9 bean soup
Hoping it turns out good

Thought about my goals.
I think I will leave them
the same for now--
200 lbs (then reassess)
9 songs (30 minutes) (then reassess)

That looks like more food than you'd normally have. Did you struggle today?
