I think Blue's goal is 10 songs, Llama, which is a lot of dancing. 4 songs worth of dancing sound good with the amount of nutrition you are getting. How are you feeling, Blue? Are your feet coping ok?

Ah, thanks; I misread that. 10 songs would probably be half an hour or so? Good goal, but not something to jump to from a standing start.

My feet seem fine so far.
It's just my legs hurt.

According to the time on the songs
That I'm using it's showing 36.10
For the 10 songs.
So with my goal of 30 minutes
Which I thot would be about 10 songs
I could possibly do 9.
But I will see how it all feels.
The feet and legs.

Goals- 200 lbs
10 songs

Food- leftover family made soup
Sugar free yogurt
Chocolate soymilks

Exercise - 5 songs

Weight - didn't do

If by sore legs you mean sore muscles you should maybe stick to 5 songs a day for a little longer so they can get more used to it. Or if you go to six songs maybe you can do three songs in the morning and three in the afternoon.

Pretty depressed. Very very soon I will be
having to buy the small 10 ounces size
soup cans as opposed to the 17 ounce
size can.
But at least they are the condensed ones.
So if I were to add the can of water it says
to add I would then end up with 20 ounces?
Does it mean that the cans hold the 10 ounces
or is it just what they are putting in it to sell?

Likely I should choose sticking to the 5 songs
as my energies gone by 3 pm so I likely would
not do the other 3 songs.

If it says on the can it's 10 ounces then that's what the contents should weigh (plus or minus a couple of grams). Sounds to me like a can of condensed soup that's 20 ounces with the water added back in might even give you more nutrition than a 17 ounce can of non-condensed soup. Maybe compare the nutritional information on the label (for the whole can). Don't know about taste, of course.

I like doing the exercise but
I don't see it doing anything.
It's doesn't help anywhere
that I see. The health
issues are just as bad and
it actually causes pain.
I'm a very result oriented kind
of person-- I need to see something
from changes I make to continue.
I'm really hoping I see something soon.

The good news is that exercise really does help with a whole host of health issues. We have tons of studies on the subject. The bad news is that it's mostly long-term regular exercise that's helpful and not just doing something for a few weeks. I still hope that your legs will get used to the current amount of dancing in a week or two so you can add a new song soon.

I think you will be feeling the benefits of exercise to music, even if you are not aware of it. 5 songs & a cheese omelette sounds good to me, Blue :)
