Yep, agree with LaMa, and Cate. Doing the best you can is all you can do, and good enough. Your tenacity is impressive!

food today--
pasta with family

very sad
the exercise helps my mood
and sense of doing something
to help my health
even if it never improves

Hey Blue, I like Cate's idea, dancing can lift the spirits and be a bit of exercise.

Hope you are less sad soon. Happy is always best.

food today--
meatballs made in pasta sauce(again) in the crockpot
(Ground beef was on sale and pasta sauce)
its going to get boring though
but at least it doesnt require much standing up pain

likely im not the only one but
drs seem to judge heavy ppl as
doing no exercise
and with a different dr each time
its hard and with the time limits they have--
to explain how you are or trying to
i was lucky a few years ago to find a walk in
dr that also had his own practice
and he took time even in his walk in
to listen and thats why i have some pain pills
that could be short lived though as he left the area
and not all drs feel the same
so now i just buy the strongest otc ones
i believe its called tylenol 1
i just hope i dont get addicted to the codeine part
of them
i dont feel as though there is another choice
i have to live my live and move around during the day
just like other ppl
for now i guess

thanks for reading

Hey Blue, any good doctor will tell you the same as we have, do what exercise you can. The best you can do is good enough. I know you have been trying, just keep on trying. Have you attempted the dancing?

Oh, boy, do I feel you about the doctors! Yes, they can be very dismissive of overweight people. There's one doctor I'm never going back to because of how ready she was to make snap judgements based purely on the shape of my body - I mean she hadn't even looked at my file at that stage, hadn't asked a single question, but decided that whatever was wrong with... well, never mind, but I am still very cross about her. Grrrr...

But - back to you! :) Good for you, having some well-prepared meals ready to go - meatballs in sauce sounds warming, nourishing and filling! Yes, you're right that you "have to live my live and move around during the day" - the moving around (especially if there's music involved!) can only do you good!

I hope the soup was at least tasty. How do your legs feel?

one of them hurts in the knee the other leg remains swollen
i still prop them up at night
nope the soup didnt taste good
i have a canned chili and i will cook ground beef to put in it tomorrow
i think that will taste good

no binging lately
but
theres always a but
i have the extra food at the nice persons place
and she lives with the mean person (previously very abusive)
so in order to get food daily i have to go get it there
to help not binge eat or eat it all or toss it all thinking i will eat it all
i need a different answer/option
and no there isnt anywhere else to leave it no other family
is this what i have to do forever
