Started at 372..ended at a salted (I GOT to stop having diet soda before bed) 369.8.

But hey! It breaks the 30 pound lost mark for me. Next week, 367 or under. I swear it!!
 
195.6lbs. -1.3lbs. Down exactly 9kg but ticker rounds up to nearest pound so it's more like 19 lbs lost in total not 20!!

Not brilliant but I had several social events and ate junk in the A&E last nite as that's all there was. I waited 8 hrs to see a doctor!

Anyway finally under 14 stone!

Way to go everyone but especially Isabel! Yay BROWN team!

Oh man, up 1lb to 135. I don't understand, 2 days ago I was at 133 and I haven't eaten over 1400 cals in a day. Who can I blame for obviously having snuck extra calories into my food... :p

Ah well, if I was down 2lbs 2 days ago then I should be able to get back there easy right? (right). Next week will be my week!
 
Well, my best guess is 204.6 which is down .2 pounds if I remember correctly. But I discovered this morning that either my weight flucuates wildly in a matter of minutes or my scale is on it's way out. I'm going to go with that for now though. Sorry it's not better Smurf!
 
Frances I hope you are feeling better this week because I need you!! I'm at 150.6 - down 1.8. Next week I will be in the 140's!! Good work so far everyone!! Isabel I'm so jealous of 139!! Way to work it!!:hurray:
 
My weigh in this morning was 182.2lb. Not down as far as I had hoped but it's still down. I will try harder this week. It's ok whiskeytangofox we'll do better next week.
 
Oh come ON.... 226.2 this morning... :'( Scale is moving in the complete opposite direction from what I want... I busted my butt this week working out but I made a beef stiryfry on Saturday and used stirfry sauce that had a sodium content that was pretty much through the roof :banghead: This is made even worse by the fact that I saw my first glimpse of a "4" (224.8) on the scale Saturday morning...UGH why does weightloss have to be so temperamental.
 
I am checking in at a 136 so 1 pound up from my last official weigh in (and 1 down from my nervewracking possibly hormone induced 2 pound gain from last week which I did not check in for because I was busy whining and feeling like an idiot and very sorry for myself).
I am now on more thyroid meds and we (being an endo I found by chance and me) are hoping that now my strict(ish) regime and my crazy dancing will finally pay off... we shall see!

Had a baaaad week - had a 4 day long weekend and I cheated so much that I'm actually disgusted with myself.

Last week 78.8kg (174lbs)
This week 80.4kg (177lbs)

Up 3 lbs - sorry Brit!

Gonna hit it hard this week - have to drop this weight for next week's weigh in.

After 6 weeks I would really wanna weigh 70kg (154lbs). That's 1.6kg (4lbs) per week. I can do it. Just stay focused and determined.

If I can hit 70kg I will be over the moon for the first time in 4 years!!!

I weighed in at 287.4 this week. Thats a 2 lb loss! Yaay!

By the way, I just noticed I never said my goal by the finale...If I could be at 270 by then I'd be ecstatic! I'm just starting to kick up my workouts, so we'll see how that goes! :)

No wories Mizzie I didnt do so well this week either. To be honest the way I was goin this week i'm surprised I lost any. :( This week may not have been the best but next week we'll kick some butt !!!

-2 for me this week! My goal for finale would be (to be realistic with how slow this has been going for me) -6lbs.
Now to get personal...
There have been alot of stressors in my life as of this past week, my stepdad has been diagnosed with an uncurable form of leukemia and my sister who stole my identity is facing a 10 year prison sentence for it. I am reluctantly letting everyone know about whats going on in my life in case i suddenly disappear. I am going to try to stay focused on this challenge as a form of stability in my life right now... pretty much the only one thing i can control. I'm going to do my best Risty, to make you proud! I am pretty much horribly embarrassed to even MAKE this post... but I gotta do it :(
Gained 5(yeah FIVE) pounds this week :blush5: . I'm not gonna lie- I have eaten like crap, haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks, and on St Pattys day, some friends and I went to a crazy Irish party town and drank beer for 14 hours straight. Yeahh... So, I guess I should be HAPPY its only a five pound gain! Sorry Veronica :(
I did start counting cals again yesterday, and will be in the gym tonight after work... Uggh. how horrible... So, ending weight for the week: 265. horrible.
