I just don't get it. I watched my calories (had only one bad day, and even then I didn't go above maintenance). I exercised 6/7 days and each day was for an hour.

I think I need more water. Plus I blame TOM. There's no way I shouldn't have lost anything this week, so I think that has something to do with it.
 
Hey Jess... I feel ya there. Same on my end for this week, no loss but no gain. I'm really hoping next week will turn out better for the both of us! We CAN do it :D

-1... kinda disappointed in myself. Have done great all week with food and exercise so I don't know whats going on. Oh well, maybe I'll have a better week next week.
 
A lot of you had really big numbers last week, so having a not-so-great week this week is normal. Push your water intake, and keep on trucking and I'm sure you'll have great numbers again next week.

Week 3 Weigh In

221.4

I lost 1 more pound since last week. Slowly but surely!!

Good thing I am not on the show, they would have kicked me to the curb by now. LOL

Isn't it great losing so mmuch and knowing there are people out there kicking butt like we are!

I did my last chance workout tonight. It was so hardcore, I'm only just now able to talk about it!

loads of weights
5 one minute hardcore sessions of kettlebells swings
All sorts of lifting, arm work, then cardio, but got shinsplints 5min into the treadmill and was crippled by 8min. I'm not into treadmills and the TurboJam and aquafit are doing the trick, not to mention the cardio of the kettlebells themselves!


Goals are all coming true. Good luck to everyone!

I have everyone's weight except for:

I wanted to post this weeks results prior to the show tonight to spice things up!! I know I usually post on Wednesdays, but if I have time before hand, I will post the results on Tuesday nights.

I will update the above players stats when they post their weigh ins, for now I used last week's weight. Let me know if there was any change you two!

Well done to all of us! In particular, well done to the gainers and the stay-the-samers. It can be disappointing to work so hard and stay the same or gain! It's harder still if you don't think you gave this week 100%!!

I've lost 19.5cm/7.78in from all over since I first measured myself on 23rd of January so in 18 days, that's not too bad! It's kind of coming off all over but people have most remarked on my face and that I'm glowing. Not in the 'I live close to a nuclear power plant' type of glowing!

So, onwards and DOWNWARDS for all of us!
 
Risty: I agree! We'll get our collective grooves back for the next weigh in :) its almost like the show even: a coupla great weeks, annnnd a not so hot one lol. But, the next is better!

Alta: I ADORE you! You're always such a force. Keep it goin lady :)

20to10: Great job on the inches :D I took measurements a LONG time ago; maybe I should measure and see where I stand compared to then :rolleyes: And I've got the same thing going on- I don't really see a huge difference yet, other than I'm able to wear some of the things I couldn't wear 15lbs ago, but people I haven't seen in a month noticed right away, and thats WITHOUT knowing I was trying to get cute n skinny, lol. :) Its a bit of a boost to have other people make the comments here n there!
 
By the way, MJ- thanks for keeping records :) its nice to see how we've all lost a person together!!
