Isn't it great losing so mmuch and knowing there are people out there kicking butt like we are!
I did my last chance workout tonight. It was so hardcore, I'm only just now able to talk about it!
loads of weights
5 one minute hardcore sessions of kettlebells swings
All sorts of lifting, arm work, then cardio, but got shinsplints 5min into the treadmill and was crippled by 8min. I'm not into treadmills and the TurboJam and aquafit are doing the trick, not to mention the cardio of the kettlebells themselves!
I don't think I'll be down by much tomorrow for the weekly weigh in but my food is clean and I'm working out 5-6 days a week so I'm okay wiht that. I also got a skirt in Monsoon that is a size 16 (though snug enough) so that means I will soon change my name to 16to10 instead of size 20to10!!
