Everyone done amazingly this week! And look how much we have lost together in 2 weeks, its loads!!

I must admit I am proud of being first in the individual list but everyone has done so good and everyone is stepping in the right direction woop!

Good morning all!! Sorry Miss Jelly Belly I did make a mistake I do weigh 355 now not 255. I recon I was having a senior moment.:banghead: lol I wish I weighed 255. lol.

I agree with everyone about the show. I really hated to see the brown team go home. I was hoping for one of the red team to go. I was really proudof the white team for winning immunity he was kickin it out their. And the green team mom WOW!!! how impressive was that to walk 13 miles not even 24 hours after surgery. I was hoping the blue team would come back instead of the yellow team but they both did an outstanding job at home.

For those of you who want to do a quick math on your % of weight loss, or to set some goals, you can hit up this site.




Since I add each week's percentage to the following week, there might be a slight difference in the numbers due to rounding of the cumulative number I am posting each week. If that fraction ever results in a tie, I will recalculate it from starting to ending at the end of the challenge to get the exact number.

Isn't it great losing so mmuch and knowing there are people out there kicking butt like we are!

I did my last chance workout tonight. It was so hardcore, I'm only just now able to talk about it!

loads of weights
5 one minute hardcore sessions of kettlebells swings
All sorts of lifting, arm work, then cardio, but got shinsplints 5min into the treadmill and was crippled by 8min. I'm not into treadmills and the TurboJam and aquafit are doing the trick, not to mention the cardio of the kettlebells themselves!

I don't think I'll be down by much tomorrow for the weekly weigh in but my food is clean and I'm working out 5-6 days a week so I'm okay wiht that. I also got a skirt in Monsoon that is a size 16 (though snug enough) so that means I will soon change my name to 16to10 instead of size 20to10!!

Goals are all coming true. Good luck to everyone!

I'm still at 146 this week so no loss for me :(

That's amazing!!...I'm sad to say..that tonight TOM is finishing ...and I'm still the same...as I came home from the gym. :( boo...but I might be retaining water...so we'll see gonna weigh in the morning at the gym tomorrow...too...

Its been a bad week for me, have been ill and been eating crap and working out less because of it. But shockingly, iv stayed the same weight! Better than a gain though. Good luck everyone

Isabel, it must be catching. I didn't lose much either! I worked out 6 days a week and ate so so clean! Not one day over cals or eating plan! Grrrr...

But good news is... down a dress size. Fit into a large 16 and was 20 on the 10th of January.
 
20to10 - into a 16? That's awesome! I'm really not surprised we didn't lose much this week after last week, but hopefully it will start coming off again next week. I feel slimmer, even if the scale doesn't show it...
 
No loss to report here. Technically, I lost more weight this week than I have any week, but I've been ill. So, when I get my appetite back I expect I'll even out and get back to sustainable weight loss.
 
Had a great week except for last night! Had a little cheat!! But I still lost so go me!! Lol

previous weight: 177.6 lbs
current weight: 175.8 lbs

down 1.8 lbs.... Not what I was hoping for but at least I didnt gain like last week!
 
Good morning Everyone! I haven't lost any weight this past week (though I do believe I am retaining because according to my BC pack I'm expecting a visit this week from my dear Aunt Flo :D)

I see a lot of us have maintained this week or put on a bit. I wonder why that is though?

19/01/10: 88.8kg (195.8lbs)
26/01/10: 87.4kg (192.7lbs)

02/02/10: 85.8KG (189.2lbs)
09/02/10: 83.8kg (184.7lbs)
Weight loss: 2kg (4.5lbs)

Whoopeeee! The additional exercise helped a little bit!

Kicked it up a notch after last weeks dismal fitness excuse. Gymmed hard monday-wed.

Got sick on thursday night/friday morning, so I took it easy and slept a lot more, but I didn't cheat, which I'm happy about! Course, it helps when youre stuck at home sick and you don't keep temptation in your fridge lol.

Weigh in this morning shows 291.2 which is a 4.8lb loss.

morning all I stayed the same . i was doing the victory dance when i got off the scales because i thought i would gain this week since i have not walked and my excercise i had a hard time because of my knee . but i am going to try hard for the next weigh in so i didnt lose but the BEST part I DIDNT GAIN WOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!:hurray:

Lost 4 pounds this week.
