Got less pics than i thought! only got about 10 because dropped my camera first night and f**ked it! Anyway i've put a few down with me n a couple of the lads when we were getting f**ked! I'm gonna get this Polish lass who i f***ked to send me loads though because i remember her taking loads of me and her and sh1t!

Big T. Whats that blue drink yas got ? Looks like I can see the beginning of the word vodka on the bottom of the bottle but not sure. I can tell it can gets ya blitzed tho !

Not sure about the bicep flexing though, makes me think roasting the polish birds was just an excuse to see your mates naked ;)

Drink was blue WKD, nothing strong. They were 2 for 1, and i was hammered from drinking vodka lemonades all night! :D
 
Trained Lower Friday, Deads, Lunges, Curls, and Calf Raises.
Did some isolation on Saturday.

Will start posting up properly again from tonight. Upper tonight, wonder how much i've lost on my OH Pressing!

Using 154lbs i can just OH press, without any leg drive. But it shown on the 176lbs where my strength has slightly gone down (maybe i was tired) but 4 reps with 176lbs is not good enough! Will be better next time.

Weighed myself, i'm up to f**king 225lbs!!! I'm now a fat f**k. Not having this. Need to get rid. Although i hold weight well, meaning i don't really look fat, i want to be more lean than this.

Just started at this weight. Prob jump straight to 264lbs next week.

Finished with standing calf raises & lying leg curls.
 
Yesterday was rest day, although went to gym to do 30 mins treadmill and some ab work.

Pissed off that i'm so skint, been out of whey for well over 2 weeks now! Protein intake is definately suffering from this. I'm trying to supplement it with skimmed milk but it's not half as good.
 
Yesterday was an ok session, slight decrease in bench though..

Upper

Expected a slight decrease from my holiday and how abusive i was to my body! Still fairly pleased.

Weighed in on Saturday at 222lbs as well. When the week before i was 225lbs. Ill get a weigh in this Saturday morning and see what the f**k i'm at. I want to get down to at least 15 stone (210lbs). If i can actually get my arse to work hard enough then i want to be hitting like the 200lb mark before having a HUGE bulk!

BTW, i broke my camera on hol (think i already mentioned) so i might try get a new one on payday. I want to start taking body pics just to track progression.
