Only as of late you're getting serious? So you have taken me on this ride the whole time?! Damn you! No but really, you will be so glad if you take the time to crunch the EXACT numbers and work out your diet. It's how I lost 35 pounds 2 years ago, and it's how I will always get to where I need ta be.

Well i trained today. Not happy about my knees i thought they were ok, theyre not. I tried BW Squatting first, wasnt happening. Pissing me off so bad.

Im getting some Glucosamine, which should help my joints (i hope).

So my workout had to be mainly isolation. Better than nothing, i suppose.

Seated Leg Press
1x15 (264lbs)
1x15 (352lbs)
1x15 (352lbs)

Seated Leg Extensions
3x12 (Level 6)

Seated Leg Curls
2x12 (90lbs)
1x8 (110lbs)

Standing Calf Raises
2x15
1x8

Situps
Usual

Cardio
Cross Trainer (10 minutes)

Hopefully were going for a run saturday, will go a few mile so ill be able to update any pains etc ........ LOL.
 
Get your back checked out man! ****, if BW squats were too much, you gotta get some stuff right!

I just did lower stuff tonight, not too much.

Walking DB Lunges
1 x 12 @ 90
1 x 12 @ 110
2 x 12 @ 120
2 x 16 @ 80

Squats
1 x 10 @ 135
1 x 10 @ 155
1 x 10 @ 175

I tried to do some calf raises, but the machine at my gym is a piece of cow ****. Metal bar sticking into the quads...I was trashed by this time anyway so didn't matta.

Did some crunches too then left. Good times.

Hahaha, I hope I do marvel, because they really aren't much to see. I'm working on it though.

I do regular back squats. I was reading up on overhead squats today, but didn't have the guts to try them just yet, seem like they can be difficult and awkward.

I know I should give front squats a chance and start working those again, I guess I've just gotten better at back squatting and haven't changed it up.

Did like 3 random sets of each throughout the workout.

I sent my gerbil in after it. It feels like he's having a hard time.

You might as well gave it PCP and sent it down a New York sewage drain...it would have at least been a little less worse than having to go on a quest in a Yeti's bowels.
