Been ill this weekend Although i did force myself a workout on Saturday! But no chance of doing MMA on sunday and im also not at work today!
I did ring the bloke who runs the MMA and he was telling me about it though. He was telling me all this sh1t that i didnt have a clue about, and he says he's got some tyres and everything in there. Does all styles of training. He's going to be there at 10am Sunday so it should be good.
