Was ok workout today, quite high volume with pressing but what do you expect when you only train each muscle group once per week!

My back feels f**ked. Im sure iv got a really fragile back. It felt really stressed when i was benching last night.
I dont even think i should risk deadlifts today, even though i really wanna do them. I think a week off them and then i think i should start at a really light weight such as 176. And perfect form. Its pissing me off is this ****, also when i squat my lower back f**king hurts. Its like everything hurts my back.
