Well played you rogue. 175 on the flat bench is good. I think that's maybe what I could muster out, but I believe I struggled with 165 last time, so I don't think I could get more than a couple at 175.

Did some of your post get cut off?
 
Was ok workout today, quite high volume with pressing but what do you expect when you only train each muscle group once per week!

Session Included: Chest/Triceps

Flat BB Press
1x8 (176lbs) -5
1x6 (176lbs) -3
1x14 (132lbs) -12

Was ok, 5 for 176 is about the best iv done yet so cant complain.

Incline DB Press
1x7 (132lbs) -4
2x8 (110lbs) -6

Im not used to incline DB press, plus the pressing before had f**ked me!

Flat DB Flys
1x8 (38.5lbs) - 6
2x10 (27.5lbs)

Decline BB Press
1x8 (165lbs) - 4
2x10 (121lbs)

DB OH Tricep Extensions
1x10 (55lbs)
1x8 (66lbs)
1x6 (77lbs)

Tricep Pushdowns
3x10

Tried to do a few body weight exercises (Dips & Pushups) Wasnt happening though LOL, did between 1 and 5 reps with a few sets each!

My computer at home is an idiot, it keeps posting workouts when im half way through them!

One thing i need to do it start hitting cardio again, properly. I suppose this MMA will help a lot though.

Also were training with another mate now, so theres 3 of us. He's quite ambitious, and he wants to try 220lb bench press next week. Im up for it :D I know ill fail but i just wanna know what that sort of weight feels like.

Just a bit of complaining:

My back feels f**ked. Im sure iv got a really fragile back. It felt really stressed when i was benching last night.

I dont even think i should risk deadlifts today, even though i really wanna do them. I think a week off them and then i think i should start at a really light weight such as 176. And perfect form. Its pissing me off is this ****, also when i squat my lower back f**king hurts. Its like everything hurts my back.

Thats exactly what iv been thinking about, when i did want to try them i forgot what they were LOL. Im definately gonna try them tonight.
